January 9th 9:07AM Ralph backed my car into another car being worked on. I was standing near the car when he did it and he didn't even mention it when he came out of the car. Another employee took the other vehicle into the shop and started buffing out the quarter panel. My bumper came out of the clips and when I mentioned it he just slapped the bumper back into place and was dismissive again. He mentioned something along the lines of there are other scratches already there and the car was in neutral. Good thing I have 4 cameras inside my car. There is a crack in the bumper. He did not fix the situation. I left without fixing my vehicle and now need to fix something else. BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS. I'll see you in court Ralph.

I needed to get my car engine oil changed and went to Ralph & John's. It was my first time going there. The man, Brandon, helping me was knowledgeable and even went so far as to explain things to me. In the process of changing the oil, they even took a look at my tires without me requesting it. They saw that the air pressure in the tires were too high and corrected that issue. The "tire pressures low" icon light on the dashboard disappeared after they did that. Previously, I took the car to a different car shop regarding the tire icon, and they claimed that the tire sensors were broken and needed to be changed for hundreds of dollars. I decided to forgo this because my car is just 3-4 years old and really doubted that the tire sensors were faulty. I don't know why that other place couldn't figure it out... they even put more air in the tires. Anyway, Ralph & John's were able to solve the issue and they didn't even charge me extra for that! Brandon explained to me where the info is located on my car regarding the correct amount of air to put in the tires. I appreciate the educating. I would come back here. Thanks!

I had the opportunity to bring my car there on a few occasions this past March. In both instances I was pleasantly surprised with the service and attention to detail. This shop was able to address an issue I had with my brakes that no one else fixed. It was a fix that could be felt when I got the car back; and those are the most gratifying.....! It was Road tested before and after, tremendous difference in brake performance.....even a member of the staff, a nice Asian gentleman offered to back my car out into the street, since it was a busy trafficked area, plus it was raining. Brought the car back a few weeks later for another sensor issue and that was addressed in a timely fashion at a fair price.....Very pleased and will definitely return......!!!

Great people Professionals Kind And experts in what they do. I truly recommend, they fix a problem that 4 other mechanics couldn’t fix. I also left the car for other project and I am sure they would do good, and be fear with the price. Thank you Mr Joe and Ralph. A pleasure meeting you.

Poor service, terrible attitude I don't normally leave reviews, but I had a really bad experience when I walked in to the store and there's was a Chinese employee serving us, and I asked him that my insurance company told me to take photos of the car in your store. Then he replied impatiently and rudely that we can only take photos from Tuesday to Thursday, and tomorrow is the last day for taking photos. When I wanted to ask other questions, he said to me in a bad attitude, "I'll tell you again, come tomorrow. The person who told you that came today is an idiot. If you ask me one more questions again, you don't need to come tomorrow either."
