If I could give negative stars I would. This experience has been an absolute nightmare. I had my car towed here from home for a suspected battery issue ( check engine light on) . Was told dont come in we will call you and tell you what we find. 2 days go by and nothing so I call only to be told my coolant hose burst and they can't fix it. That they have tried to source the part and I should take it to the dealer because they can't help me. I said fine and arranged a tow to another location. I asked for specifics only to be told it's " a complex issue" so I asked the new place look it over front to back and let me know. They tell me my CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND OXYGEN SENSORS HAVE BEEN CUT OFF!! I call back and say why didn't you mention my vehicle had been vandalized on your property? They say we didn't know. BS the car sounds like a motorcycle any half brained person would know something was wrong. The manager Jay then says bring it back and maybe we can work something out but don't call the police they won't help you and guys where hoodies when they steal usually. EXCUSE ME! Why would I come back?!?! I absolutely called the police, filed a claim and will pursue this they think its okay for peoples property to be damaged with no consequences smdh

They heavily dented a door on my work van and refused to take any responsibility for it. Will not repair or file an insurance claim. Dishonest!

Absolutely awesome i have never been to a repair shop that was completely honest Rainbow muffler and specifically jay at rainbow muffler was great. Very knowledgeable and honest because of his honesty i saved over $1000. I went to 2 different repair shops and both of them tried to sell me parts i didnt need and they never explained anything. Jay at rainbow took the time explained everything and tried everyway he could to save me money awesome awesome place i am coming back from now on!!!

Scam artist, and rigged my car to breakdown. Did not put the car back together correctly leaving wires rubbing against the serpentine belt. Did not agree to fix what they had broken. Stay away.
