January 25, 2025 8:00 pm I showed up out of desperation as I had just apparently ran over something that caused me to have a rapid tire leak. Just rapid enough that I knew I could make to the University exit in Redlands with just enough air to get home. I just jumped out of the car and asked if I could have my tire inflated to its max psi. The gentlemen reaction was an annoyed and friendly “Yes”. I apologized for interrupting him and he was ok with that. He got me squared away and I got home with just minutes to spare be fore that tire was completely flat. The customer service and kind attitude was even a lesson for me. Thank you guy!

I popped in unannounced(wrong place) for an oil change. They were great! Fit me in. I was out of there in 30 minutes. I would recommend them anytime!

Update (7/14/2023): I have been taking my truck to this place since Bob was the owner, and since Rafael became the new owner, I have continued to take my truck here. The quality of service is just as good and Rafael is an honest, helpful mechanic. (Original review:) Quality work and honest. I have been taking my current and previous Ford F150 pick-up to his shop for a few years with no problems. In my experience, Bob will not charge you more than necessary, but he will do quality work and make sure the job is done right. I first checked out Bob's Auto after a friend recommended it and after getting a ridiculous price quote from a Discount Tires shop for replacing upper ball joints on my Ford pickup ($400 including labor). When I came to Bob's Auto, he charged about half the price for parts & labor. Later, when I took my truck to replace the PCV valve, Bob gave me a price quote that included replacing the hose. However, after his mechanic finished, he only charged me for the PCV valve itself, and told me the hose was still in good shape. A dishonest mechanic could have easily done the hose as originally planned and charged more. I have also conversed with one of the shop's main mechanics, Chris, who is not only knowledgeable about cars at the hands-on level, but has an extensive education and experience giving actual classes on car mechanics. He is both handy and "book-smart" about cars. I would recommend Bob's Auto 100% and am confident the job is getting done right for a reasonable price. Added later: I remember another experience that highlights the honesty of this shop. I was doing an oil change on a friend's vehicle, but the oil filter was screwed on too tight and I broke the oil filter wrench I had used in an attempt to loosen the filter. I brought the car to Bob's Auto and asked if they could loosen the oil filter. After the mechanic successfully loosened it, I asked Bob how much I should pay. Bob refused to take any money for the shop, and told me to simply give some cash to the mechanic who had taken off the filter.

I highly recommend Bob's Automotive! Excellent Services, Excellent customer Service, Excellent mechanics! They helped me a lot with my car and esp when I locked my keys in the car. lol Bob and his crew are very friendly and helpful. Every time I take my car in, its like a spa for my car. Thanks to Bob's my car is always running Excellent! I give them a 10 Stars!!!

I have taken my cars to Bob"s several times over te years. Rafael is a master mechanic and can fix anything. He also put a new catalytic converter on for me. Very reasonably priced also. I highly recommend them. Ask for Rafael.
