I’ve been coming to this garage for about 4 years now, and they’ve always been consistent with their excellent service. I went in today for an oil change, and as usual, the process was quick and hassle-free. The owner went above and beyond by inviting me to relax and watch TV inside while I waited. My son and I have been taking our cars here for 4 years. Henry and Ismael have mostly services our cars. They are knowledgable, thorough and honest mechanics! The repairs are not over priced and we never have to take our cars back for further problems after they've been serviced. I will continue to tell others about 5 Star Auto in Loma Linda! They are definitely a 5 star business!

I finally feel like I've found a mechanic I can trust to help me do the right thing with my car, not just the right things for the shop's bottom line. Henry clearly explained my options, actually recommended one of the less expensive options, and then hit his estimate rather than finding something else wrong to add to my bill. It's stressful enough when the car isn't working, I'm glad Henry isn't adding to it.
