Rad Air Complete Car Care and Tire Center - Downtown Cleveland

Paul provided excellent service from start to finish. I got new tires and associated services, as well as an oil change (plus filters, etc.) right before the first snowfall and I couldn’t be happier. My car rides smooth and I am not concerned about having any difficulties maneuvering this winter. The shop itself is very clean. Fair price, fast work, and a convenient location if you live or work downtown. I will definitely return here when my car needs service.

This is my second time taking my car to Rad Air. I was due for general maintenance and needed to investigate a sensor issue. A full inspection was completed on my vehicle and additional maintenance that I requested. I highly recommend Rad Air, especially if you work downtown. They got my car in and out in a couple of hours. Paul is always friendly and answered all questions/ concerns.

I took my truck into Rad Air earlier this week to fix a broken rim. I had been putting this off for a little bit as I was expecting an expensive, drawn-out process to get it fixed. The service at Rad Air is the BEST I've ever received from a Car Care Center. My wheel was fixed within the day and the price was substantially less than I was anticipating. Communication from Paul was outstanding - fast and courteous. Overall, 5 star experience and I will absolutely return for ALL future vehicle maintenance.

My visit to Rad Air was great. I was able to get a PPI done the same day on a car I was interested in purchasing, after the inspection came back mostly clean, I was more confident in my used-car purchase. They were able to recommend a local eatery and they were finished with the inspection in a quicker-than-quoted time. Rad Air is my go-to place for just about anything when it comes to my car. Super convenient location if you live or work downtown. I had a bunch of stuff done for a regular tune-up and my car was ready to go same day with a pretty quick turn around. Quick and professional service.

Really helped me out. We were on a family trip to Cleveland and had just gotten into the city after a four hour trip. When we tried to restart our van after a quick walk to stretch our legs, it would not start. I called Rad Air and they had a battery that would work. I walked to the shop and the guy gave me a ride back to my van, which was really nice. Otherwise I would have had to walk a few miles with a heavy battery. Great customer service.

I walked in without an appointment, and they still took my car in right away. The front desk guy was super friendly and answered all my questions. Even better, they didn’t charge me—despite giving me a $40 quote. They fixed the issue quickly too. Really appreciate it!

Back right tire was not holding PSI, so I assumed slow leak and brought it to Rad Air downtown. They quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem for a very fair price. Was impressed by the customer service here as well. I will certainly return here should the need arise. Thank you!

Rad Air provides you with a report that explains all of the necessary repairs very well and they were very efficient. I was able to drop my car off without an appointment and then pick it up the next day! The owner, Paul was also very nice and helpful.

RadAir has been great to work with. Excellent and timely communication over phone and email. Prices are reasonable. And when they have a loaner car available, they readily offer one, so I never feel inconvenienced by my car service.
