I had a great experience! Jay was awesome—very communicative and made sure I thoroughly understood the issues with my car and why certain repairs were necessary. He took the time to explain everything clearly and followed up after I got my car back to ensure there were no further issues. Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be bringing my car back in the future. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you my experience. I was driving to work Friday, 2/3/24 in the afternoon and hit a curb at 50mph, snapping the front right tire off my 4WD car. I, being new to the area, had no idea where to have my car towed to, and the tow truck driver recommended this place. I have my car towed, I go in and speak with the front desk guy about getting my car fixed. He contacts me shortly thereafter detailing all of the parts that need to get replaced, which is basically everything from my steering column to the front Right wheel of my car (read: every steering component along the way). I authorize the repairs, and I get a call about a week later saying that even more work had to be done. I say “okay, just make her driveable, I can’t afford anything more than that”. Fast forward to 2/28/24, the ENTIRE MONTH later, and I go to pickup my car before work. I show up, they bring me out to my car after I paid for the repairs, and my car is LOUD, and makes a thunk noise followed by a lurch anytime you touch the gas. I pull out of one exit, find this out, and pull back in and go back inside to tell them my car is NOT fixed. Important note: they had to take out my engine and my exhaust to access the drivetrain components, but I had NO prior issues with my exhaust or engine prior to my wheel incident. I had a technician drive my car and he said it was fine, so I tried it again, same issues. The front desk guy himself drove my car and said that my car is just loud because I’m used to driving a sedan, and I had only owned this car for 3 months prior to this happening, so I’m clearly just not adjusted to what my car sounds like. The technician stated that they had to bend my exhaust “out of the way” and that’s probably why my car sounds like an F1 speed racer, but they’ll put it up on the lift and bend it back into place. They do that, I’m already running late for work, so I leave with my car. Fast forward to the last 3 months, my car was in for an oil change and the technician noticed that my exhaust wasn’t put together properly and asked me if I recently had it in for work, and the last people to touch it were those at RadAir. My engine still knocks, so much so that additional damage has been done, so I take it to my family mechanic, and they “forgot” to put a motor mount bolt (the part that literally holds your engine in place) back in, so my engine has been bouncing around for 8 months like a fat kid on a trampoline. In me getting the estimate from my family mechanic, he also said my driveshaft (another part they reportedly fixed) is living on prayers, and my wheel bearing (that they “fixed” TWICE) is also damn near shot. I have barely owned this car for a year as of the date I’m posting this, and I’ve put ~13k miles on it since they had it, there is quite literally no way this is due to any driving habits of mine. $3,400 spent and my car is returned to me a MONTH after I dropped it off, and I get it back in worse condition than I got it. I now need at LEAST $4,900 more work done for it to be road worthy. I’ll be consulting a lawyer about this. If you value your wallet, please go literally anywhere else.

Jay and the entire Rad Air crew are very nice and explain the work being done on your vehicle very clearly. They do not try to upcharge or recommend work that really isn't needed. I appreciate that, and I will continue to take my Audi there for any work that needs done because I can count on honesty and efficiency from this shop. Jay always checks in after service to make sure the work was 100% satisfactory.

Awful experience. Walked out of there feeling like I was ripped off. Was quoted $1100 for a job. When I declined I was told, “well that is for brand new part, we can get cheaper used parts for it”. If that’s the case why not let me know the multiple options, not what makes you the most money. Apparently they charge $160 a hour to look at your vehicle. That’s more than most dealerships. Better off going there
