WARNING. READ THIS BEFORE LEAVING YOUR CAR THERE.... BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. HIGH PRICES.I recently did my fuel pump there. When I picked up the car, the windshield was cracked and one of the workers said that he left the car outside night time and someone did it. He got it replaced with another one. an aftermarket one. I didn't make a big deal out of that because stuff happens. Then the car runs worse than it was before when hitting the throttle. Also after this, when I fill up the tank with gas, the fuel gauge on the dashboard stops at 3/4 even thought the tank is full. I went back to the place to see if they can check the car to see what the problem was after paying 500 bucks, I parked my car in the front, walked out of the car and into the shop. as soon as I started talking to one of the mechanics about the problem, another worker of theirs backed up into my car and the damage wasn't that big but it was still a hit.At first he was going to leave till and then he came out like nothing happened doing his stuff. I decided not to call the cops to do a report because I thought the owner was nice and I figured Ill talk to him about it. I did and he said that he would have my bumper fixed and painted and that he was sorry because that Roberto (if that is his real name) has given him lots of problems in the past. I said ok no problem and that I understand and I was still going to go back to them for services. He said let me know when u can leave the car for the day. I also asked him to check the fuel pump that I did recently and that I had a year warranty told by the worker there and I also have the receipt which says the year warranty. He said that you get a year warranty on the part not on the labor. a job like that always has a warranty and the worker there told me anything happens with this in a year, it is covered. Thats not the way to do business. I do not care for the money and I am not the type of person who complains for no reason, but when stuff like this happens, I do not want anyone else to go through it. this is my first negative review on a business since I was born. When I called the boss the other day to drop the car off the next day to fix the bumper, he says to me that he is not going to fix it because his worker said that I hit the other car from the back and that he didn't want to call the cops. A guy like that would def do that. Anyway my point is service was bad, I bring the car in to fix and it gave me many other problems which I did not need. There are plenty other places which they are nice and honest with everything and that don't try to rip people off. Now I have to send the car to the dealer to make sure they actually put in a new fuel pump because I know some mechanics just clean the filter and say that they changed it.
