This is not the staff's fault-they are great. This seems to be a management problem- I spent almost 3 hours in the waiting room for "The Works" service. I was quoted 45 minutes to an hour when I came in. The difference in the efficiency of the operation has slowed down considerably since Crossroads bought Ken Wilson and it is not owned by the Wilson family anymore. They do offer appointments at Quick Lane now. But 3 hours for a simple oil change, inspection and tire rotation is a bit excessive I think.

Ridiculously slow. Same story every time..."we are down guys"..."doing the best we can"...I was first in line this morning and now 3 hours later I'm still here...maybe need to hire more techs if the story is you're always down guys?

Made an appointment. They kept the appointment. Great service. Very nice staff. I was out the door in about an hour. I am a loyal customer for as long as I have my Ford Ranger!

Slowest and unorganized oil change I’ve ever attempted. Technicians walking around on phones and killing time. Waited 2 hours was 3rd in line and didn’t even get an oil change. Had vehicles that came in an hour after mine ahead of mine for some reason. Technician had to be hung over he couldnt even get my truck positioned on the lift correctly after 5 attempts, eventually told them to stop and give me my vehicle.
