No issues previously, but not this time. An appointment is like a promise. Don't make an appointment if you can't keep it. I don't appreciate waiting around for two hours for the Ford mobile team to not show up, not call, text, or email to tell me they were running late or not going to show up. I gave up, then they showed up two hours after the appointment time. I appreciate the recall work being done, but I didn't get the call back that I was supposed to get about system (glitches) and Blue Cruise updates (must be done at dealership). I appreciate the "free" oil change and hopefully it's not a free oil change, but I have to pay for the oil and filter. Believe me, I've had it happen.

This is the worst service department I've ever dealt with. When the time comes I'll be getting rid of my Ford just so I don't have to deal with these people ever again. I currently have two different vehicles from two different dealers and the service I receive at the Jeep dealership is the best. Ford's prices are $30 to $50 higher than Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and the service isn't near the same. Ken Wilson Ford won't even call me back about a recall issue and set me up an appointment! I've never been a brand loyalist but I'll definitely be a dealership loyalist and Ken Wilson just isn't cutting it anymore.

I took my car in November of 2024 they wrote a service ticket up waited until December 13th called again they finally got me a rental on December 14th have had my car since December 14th 2024 they took it to jeep dealer then and I’m still waiting on my car to be fixed it has been in the same spot since then jeep keeps saying that Ken Wilson will not approve the car to be fixed mind you it is under the best warranty u can buy I’m would never recommend that anyone buy a warranty or anything from these people because they clearly don’t follow through with projects they start that’s under warranty Jeep has tried to contact them on numerous occasions and nothing and to top it off it’s the service manger at Ken Wilson Dustin that has been handling my case and I have to say this has been the a horrible experience so once again I would never recommend that anyone take there vehicle to Ken Wilson service department unless u want a run around and a horrible experience

Called and asked for a wiring diagram and they told me that's no somthing they do. Which is terrible customer service. Its not that hard to look up a wiring diagram. If that's how they treat somthing easy how will they treat somthing harder to do.

Herb in the service department is AWESOME. We've had to use the service department multiple times and each time, we've worked with Herb. He's always taken great care of us. He always gets our vehicle in quickly, and when he can't, he tries to get us in a loaner vehicle as quickly as possible. He usually does all the communication with our insurance and warranty companies and tries to get us the best deal possible. This last time, he had someone come pick our vehicle up at our house to take back to be worked on and had them bring it back when it was finished. This was incredibly helpful as I have 3 young children at home and waiting for a long repair would have been rough. He's always quick to respond to our messages and is overall just a pleasure to work with. With the multiple car issues that we've had over the past few years, we've had to contact Herb a lot. We joke around now and say that he's basically family. We're very thankful for him and the entire service department as a whole.

We recent purchased a used Ford F150 from Crossroads Ken Wilson Ford . Unfortunately it developed an "alarming" & erratic electrical issue . The story with solving & addressing challenges too long to share , other than......... Both the Used Car & Service Depts. quickly and without any hesitation did every possible to assistance with transportation & constant communications with status of a very unusual electrical issue - resulting in ultimate success ! We truly appreciate Jodi , Daniel , Jay , Liz and especially Dustin for their attention to the details of our total & excellent customer purchase , finance & service experience !
