Very happy with the service received at Brandon Ford's Quick Lane. The advisor Mr. Nicholas A, since he received my truck, was very communicative, good treatment, and very respectful. When the service was finished, Sir, Nicholas explained to me everything that had been done to my truck, as well as the condition of my brakes and tires. Excellent service, 100% guaranteed.

Every time I visit Brandon Ford it is the same. Excellent service and polite and knowledgeable employees. I had my scheduled service done and had the opportunity to look at all the new models. Time well spent for me. And all without an appointment,still no problem. I'm never disappointed

Good enough for fixing Ford recalls. I think the "Works Package" is an overpriced oil change. I specifically asked for an oil change and for them to look at the tires (which I suspected were leaking air). Joshua Seda Sepulveda told me that my tires were "perfectly fine," but then I had problems literally on the drive home from the dealership. Went to another mechanic where they had to patch up 3 tires.

Another surprise, which I liked, was the ability to have a Lyft called to drop me off and pick me up so I could keep busy while waiting for my car. I recommend the Brandon Mall: there lots to do there!
