STILL HAVENT MADE IT HERE TO GET TIRES CHANGED AND ALIGNMENT DUN... But, I PROMISE WELL B BY MONDAY NATE!! I can say this just by talking to the guy on the phone that Nate takes customer care and professionalism to the UTMOST n I gotta tell y'all it doesn't go unnoticed! On Wednesday I called QuikLane n talked to Nate n made plans to get Tires and an Alignment done with possibly brakes and rotors all at once. He started off by asking me, "So how much are u really looking to spend on tires?" Not being a smartass or anything he WAS SINCERELY ASKING instead of like two of the other four places I called who tried to sell me their hi-dollar tires right out the gate. The other guy sounded like he was trying to BEG ME NOT TO COME IN. Like he didn't want my money that day. The last guy didn't have my tires n even if he did he didnt offer the Alignment n wanted an UNGODLY AMOUNT for just front brakes (sumthing I ended up doing this weekend n cost me the $60 for pads, $70 for rotors n a half hrs worth of time). Now back to Nate and QuikLane... I set the appt for Thursday morning n that was that. The next morning I call him n let him know that my lil guy (5yrs old) is puking terribly n his sugars reading high so we had to take him to the ER. I didn't know if I'd make it that day but if not I'll contact him. Didn't make it Thursday so I contacted Friday morning soon as I got patched over to QuikLane, Nate gets on the phone n I go to tell him who I am n he says, "So how's everything go with the little guy?" N I told him we weren't in the clear yet but he's doing better.... Just that small notion... Taking the time to not only remember who I was n why I was calling but once again proving that he wasn't all about the tire n it made me feel comfortable dealing with this place... Those couple little small sentences really caught me off guard that sentement sold me n my fiance. Needless to say.... Well be up there bright n early Monday to get our tires and alignment dun! ,馃榿

Rejected my son's truck inspection for a minor issue and removed the sticker that I had a whole month left on instead of allowing me time to fix the issue. Called and never said they would put a rejection sticker on it until I got there. Charged me 15 bucks for the rejection on top of it. This place looks for reasons to charge money. Terrible customer service. All, never take anything to this place. Stay away unless you wanted screwed.

Tried to get an oil change today. Would have been the 2nd time using them but was told the system was down and they couldn't do any work, and that it has had been down for a day. Seems like an odd business decision to be turned away, not even given the option to pay cash. First time I used them was good though.

Came in for an oil change ended up needing brakes and rotors. A husband at home that needed an explanation as to what needed done, why it cost so much and why he couldn鈥檛 do It himself. A big shout out to Dayton for going above and beyond to make sure my husband was satisfied.
