Out of all of the Nissan dealerships I have been to in the past this is by far the best I have encountered especially when it comes to customer service and utmost professionalism. Joseph went above and beyond to help me even taking several calls from me when my car wouldn’t start. Such as the same with Brian and Cheri. All 3 of them put my needs as a customer and my safety first today and made sure my vehicle would be fixed right so as to not leave me stranded. I highly recommend Harry Green Nissan for anyone who needs service or repairs on their vehicle. When you visit you will feel appreciated and valued as a Nissan customer.

This dealership is as crooked as it gets. I saw a truck for sale after hours. Verified it was there, at least on the website. Emailed them and said I would be there at 9am when they opened. They called me when I was 20 minutes away and verified I was coming. When I was 3 minutes away, they called and said they couldn’t sell it to me because someone else was coming to look at it at 5pm. I went to dealership anyway. Was told same thing. Didn’t even want to show it to me after I drove 2 hours to get there. Rudest sales staff and manager I have ever seen. And I buy more vehicles than the average person. Other party hadn’t even made a deposit. Is this even legal? Let’s find out.

Good service but the pricing is based on commissions! Tried to charge me for brand new control arms. I already had new ones installed a year back and said “it moves around” lots of hidden fees to try to get you to pay for services you may or may not need. Overall know what your car needs before coming there.

Made an appointment to have the brakes changed on my Rogue that was purchased at this dealership. I was given a 10 o’clock appointment and dropped my vehicle off. Three and a half hour later I went to check on the progress and noticed the car was still in the staging area. I spoke with the associate and said to just cancel my appointment and I would take my car somewhere else. She said they could get it in and was told it should take around an hour, over three hours later my car was finally ready. Six and half hour for a brake job is totally ridiculous. I could understand if I didn’t have an appointment, but what is the use of setting appointments if you are not using them. This is the worst service I have had and will not use this dealership for any following maintenance or vehicle purchase and would not recommend it to anyone.
