I needed a new battery. I called and they said that I would be a walk in so it might take longer. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Quick lane is very quick. I could not be happier with the service.

Used app to setup oil change appointment, which they didn’t get. Manager allows me to come for oil change. Was charged $102 way more than The Works package but didn’t get that service. The level of customer service at this Quick Lane is not worth ever going back. Manager blames Ford for raising prices. The truth was there are 2 types of oil they use, they just don’t tell you until it’s time to pay that they used the more expensive oil.

I came in to have my wheel locks replaced due to losing the wheel lock key. The Quick Lane took care of me, maintained transparency, and clearly listened to my concerns. Customer service at its finest! I will definitely be back!

I've felt cursed lately (it's actually just Michigan roads), but the people(especially Kellie!) at this store have been absolutely fantastic to me through my damaged tires and oil changes. I won't be going anywhere else because of the quality of service I've gotten here, and Kellie has been one of the best managers I've ever spoken to at any dealership or Quicklane. I can't recommend these folks enough!
