I can’t give this place less than one star because it won’t let me. The service and sales at the Grand Rapids and Toledo stores are without a doubt horrible. Sales people have no knowledge of the models they are trying to sell. The service department is even worse. They are sloppy and can’t fix anything.

Looked online for a few things we needed a few days before leaving for camping. Saw a couple things, liked the prices, but shipping was going to take too long. So, I decided to drive an hour to go to the store. Got there & needed help, couldn't find anyone on the floor. Went up to the counter, & found 4 employees just standing there. They didn't have the camping mat I originally found online, even though it said it was available there. So, my son & I grabbed another mat & a few other things, went up to check out, only to find out that the online prices are for members only. After going through the whole membership thing (which I didn't get, I live an hour away), I put everything, but the mat I found, back. Unless you're a member, it's overpriced. I ended up finding the other stuff at other stores for a lot less.

Walked in this Past Sunday 7/11/2021 and asked the tall dark haired lady to help us with a mattress. She told us she didn’t have time and to go online and order it. They would deliver with no shipping charge and the price would be the sale price. So we went home to try and order it and the price was $70 higher. I took pictures of the sign on the wall with the date. Went to Grand Rapids Camping world and they went out of their way to help us. Found out that the sale was expired. They still honored the sale price. Will drive 2 hours when I need anything from camping world. Belleville has NEVER wanted to help their customers. You need a new store manager that promotes customer satisfaction. Very dissatisfied.

I want to say my recent experience with Camping World was great. We bought something and it would not do what it was supposed to do. Clearance Item. past the 90 days. No returns right? Wrong the Manager Jeremiah was a great help. We are members just so you know. He was polite and understanding as are all the employees. He refunded our money no problem at all. Above and beyond customer service. As always we will shop there again.

The Store is Very nice But the employees are very rude! I was shopping there and a employee push my cart while I was holding my baby because she wanted to make space for her while she was teaching a new employer. And for the check out there was 4 checkout employees and all of them keep pushing me to another one because they were busy and when another client came with fewer items the employer get her right away even if I was waiting with my full cart . This is insane . I just left and leave the full cart there
