I had two tires blow out on I75 and while stranded on the side of the highway I called to see if they had my tires in stock. They did and quickly replaced them once the tow brought me and my vehicle in, They were very accommodating for me and my dog as we waited for our vehicle to be finished. Great customer service and would definitely recommend.

I scheduled ahead of time to make sure my car was in for it's routine 'the works' which included an oil change, tire rotation, and whatever else Ford suggest in that package. This was the first time I went to this location, and I regretted it. I've always gone to the Maumee location, and had lots of space to wait, and never waited much longer than 30 minutes. At this location it took over an hour and a half. Update- they’ve totally redeemed themselves. They take care of me in a timely manner and are honest and upfront.

The oil change was fine but I asked them to reattach the weather shield under my car since it had fell down and dangling . The day after I picked up my car is was dangling and scratching the ground AGAIN! I told them if it's rusted then just replace but instead they put diff screws in .

Certainly felt far from a valued customer. They treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about, needless to say I’ve spent my entire life around cars and I do know what I’m talking about! I will be driving to Friendly Ford in Monroe from now on when Brondes is less than a mile from my house. The situation is a long story but needless to say the service manager did not want to be bothered to the point he’d have them tell me he wasn’t there, I showed up anyways to leave paperwork on his desk and by god there he was sitting at his desk like a deer in headlights. If these people don’t like their jobs or dealing with customers maybe it’s time to move on. Thank god my transmission didn’t blow up since they told me they filled it and they didn’t!! Good thing this girl knew her car and that there was a problem!! Be careful...I wouldn’t take their word for much that’s for sure. I give good reviews when they’re deserved. I’m in customer service myself and I always try to put my feet in the customers shoes if you aren’t capable of that you shouldn’t be working with customers period.
