Queens Introduce

For those in Franklin, Ohio, seeking automotive services, Queens is a business located at 3635 Commerce Center Dr, Franklin, OH 45005, USA. Operating within the umbrella of "Auto Repair Stations," this establishment would typically offer various services aimed at maintaining and repairing vehicles. However, based on the limited public information and customer feedback available, a detailed picture of their operations and offerings is challenging to construct. It's important for potential customers to approach with an understanding of the publicly available details.

Currently, no publicly listed phone number for Queens at this Franklin, OH address could be definitively found. This absence of a direct contact method can make it difficult for customers to inquire about services, schedule appointments, or address concerns directly. The lack of a readily available phone number is noted in one of the provided customer reviews, indicating a potential barrier to communication.

Environment and Accessibility

Given the address 3635 Commerce Center Dr, Franklin, OH 45005, USA, Queens is situated in a commercial area, typical for an auto repair facility. The environment of an auto repair station generally involves a service bay for vehicles, a waiting area for customers, and possibly an office for administrative tasks. The general expectation for such a business would be a functional space equipped for vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair. Without direct visual information or detailed descriptions, a specific assessment of the cleanliness, organization, or customer amenities within Queens' facility cannot be provided. Accessibility to the location would depend on local road networks in the Franklin area.

Services and Goods for Sale

As an entity categorized under "Auto Repair Stations," Queens would primarily offer services related to vehicle repair and maintenance. While specific details on the range of services provided by Queens are not extensively documented publicly, common services offered by auto repair stations typically include:

  • Routine Maintenance: This often encompasses oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and top-offs, and general inspections to ensure a vehicle is running optimally.
  • Brake Services: Repair or replacement of brake pads, rotors, calipers, and brake fluid flushes.
  • Engine Diagnostics and Repair: Identifying and fixing issues related to engine performance, including check engine light diagnostics, spark plug replacement, and more complex engine overhauls.
  • Suspension and Steering Repair: Addressing issues with shocks, struts, ball joints, and power steering systems for proper vehicle handling.
  • Air Conditioning and Heating Services: Diagnosis and repair of climate control systems.
  • Tire Services: Mounting, balancing, repair, and sales of new tires.
  • Battery Services: Testing, replacement, and recycling of automotive batteries.

The extent to which Queens offers each of these services is not specified in the limited information available. The provided customer reviews do not touch upon specific repair services, but rather the conduct of drivers associated with the business, which complicates an objective assessment of their automotive repair capabilities.

Features and Customer Experience

The defining "features" of Queens, based on the available information, appear to be tied to the perceptions of their professional conduct on the road rather than in-shop service quality. The customer reviews provided paint a concerning picture regarding the behavior of drivers associated with "Queens auto" or "queen service auto."

  • One reviewer explicitly states, "white van plate pml2582 just cut me off doing 60 in a 35 zone on Main Street. Got on I 75 and he floored it crossing 3 lanes to enter the highway. Looked up queens auto phone number and there is none. I called the highway patrol to report." This review highlights allegations of reckless driving and aggressive behavior by a vehicle seemingly affiliated with Queens. The frustration of not being able to find a phone number to report the incident directly is also a key point.
  • Another review reiterates similar concerns: "Not very business like people I was driving down the highway on 71 and trying to get over and next thing I know the driver of queen service auto is flipping me off. Nice customer service, sir sure went and give your business any business. I’ll be letting yelp and Better Business Bureau know. Also have a nice day." This feedback describes highly unprofessional and disrespectful conduct by a driver associated with the business.

These reviews, while not speaking to the technical expertise of the repair services themselves, significantly impact the perceived customer experience and the overall reputation of Queens as an "Auto Repair Station." The professionalism and conduct of a business's representatives, even outside the direct service bay, are often considered reflections of the business's values and service quality. The lack of a visible or easily accessible phone number, as noted by a customer, also hinders the ability for direct communication and resolution of such issues.

It's important to note that without further information or additional reviews, it is not possible to provide a balanced view on the quality of their repair work, turnaround times, pricing, or the general demeanor of the staff operating within the repair facility itself. The primary features that emerge from the provided data are the reported instances of unprofessional driving by vehicles linked to the business and the difficulty in contacting them.

Promotional Information

Based on the information provided, there is no specific promotional information available for Queens, such as advertised discounts, service packages, loyalty programs, or seasonal offers. Many auto repair stations utilize various forms of promotion to attract and retain customers, including online deals, mailers, or loyalty programs. The absence of such publicly available promotional material suggests that potential customers would need to contact the business directly for any pricing or special offers, assuming a contact method becomes available. Given the nature of the customer reviews, any promotional efforts would likely need to be accompanied by a strong emphasis on professional conduct and customer service to build trust within the local community.

Dude in Company van tried to pass me on the right, next to a parked tractor-trailer on the entrance ramp to I-75. Driver is extremely dangerous and inconsiderate to other drivers.
