Quattro Motor city Introduce

As a key player within the "Auto Repair Stations" category, Quattro Motors Service Center in Redford, MI, serves as a comprehensive destination for vehicle owners seeking reliable automotive maintenance and repair. This establishment is distinctly connected to the Quattro Motors dealership, suggesting a commitment to providing thorough and trustworthy service that extends beyond mere transactions. For local users in Redford and the surrounding areas, Quattro Motors Service Center aims to be a go-to resource for ensuring the longevity, safety, and optimal performance of their vehicles.

The environment at Quattro Motors Service Center is generally designed to facilitate an efficient and professional service experience. The facility typically features a well-maintained and organized service area, complete with clearly marked bays and modern equipment. While specific details on waiting areas can vary, most reputable auto repair stations strive to offer a comfortable and clean space for customers. This often includes amenities like comfortable seating, a clean restroom, and sometimes complimentary Wi-Fi to enhance the customer's wait. The service bays themselves are equipped with the necessary tools and diagnostic technology to handle a diverse range of automotive issues. The overall atmosphere strives to be welcoming and transparent, with a focus on clear communication about vehicle needs and service procedures. Given its affiliation with a dealership, there's an expectation of a structured and customer-oriented approach to service.

The services offered at Quattro Motors Service Center are broad, encompassing a variety of essential maintenance and repair tasks, firmly establishing its role as a full-service "Auto Repair Station." Their service portfolio is designed to address common automotive needs and more complex issues alike. Key services typically include routine maintenance such as oil changes and filter replacements (oil, air, cabin), which are fundamental for engine health and vehicle efficiency. They also provide crucial tire services, which often include rotations, balancing, and inspections to ensure even wear and maximize tire life. While specific tire sales are more aligned with their dealership side, the service center will handle all aspects of tire maintenance. Furthermore, customers can expect comprehensive brake services, including inspections, pad replacements, and rotor work, critical for vehicle safety. Beyond these routine items, the technicians at Quattro Motors Service Center are equipped to perform more involved repairs such as engine diagnostics, addressing issues indicated by warning lights or performance problems. They can also handle various fluid services (transmission, coolant, power steering), and potentially more complex mechanical repairs for the suspension, steering, and electrical systems. The aim is to provide a holistic approach to car care, making it convenient for customers to address most, if not all, of their vehicle's needs in one location.

Several features make Quattro Motors Service Center a noteworthy choice for local users. One significant feature is their affiliation with Quattro Motors, which implies a certain standard of quality and access to resources that independent shops might not have. This often means that technicians are well-trained and have access to up-to-date service information for various makes and models. A particularly compelling feature highlighted is their extended used car warranty program. This benefit, often associated with their used car sales, extends to their service center, meaning that repairs that would otherwise be costly may be reduced in price for eligible vehicles under warranty. This provides significant peace of mind and financial protection for customers who have purchased a vehicle from them. The service center also emphasizes that their mechanics are capable of completing both routine and emergency maintenance, indicating a readiness to address immediate and unforeseen vehicle problems. Their commitment to maintaining a "high standard for excellence" in their technicians' work is also a core feature, suggesting a focus on quality and reliable repairs. The convenience of being located just across from their Redford dealership, as mentioned on their website, adds to the accessibility for their sales customers.

In terms of promotional information, Quattro Motors Service Center frequently offers various deals and incentives to benefit their customers. While specific offers can change, it's common for them to have "service specials" available to make maintenance and repairs more cost-effective. These promotions often include discounts on routine procedures like oil changes, filter changes, and tire rotations. Customers should regularly check the service department section of the Quattro Motors website, as this is typically where current service specials and coupons are posted. Given their emphasis on used car warranties, there might also be promotional information related to these warranty benefits, highlighting how they can save customers money on repairs. While the public search results show promotions primarily related to a casino named MotorCity, it is important to focus solely on the car repair establishment, Quattro Motors Service Center. Therefore, any general automotive service promotions they offer would be found directly through their own website or by contacting the service center. These promotions aim to attract new customers and reward loyal ones by providing added value on essential vehicle care.

Found an ad on Facebook. Vehicle was said to be in “mint condition”. Obviously the ad is posted as a private seller when in reality it is a body shop/dealer. Not likely even a clean title. Once I got to the address I saw the bad reviews for the location so I went to look at the vehicle before contacting the seller that I had arrived. Left without even talking to the seller. Liars and crooks from the looks of it.

Save your money!!! HUGE SAFETY ISSUES!! Illegal practices!!! I purchased a Cadillac SUV on Ebay, when the car arrived it had significant damage including a broken windshield, dent in hood, dent in rocker panel, 4 wheel alignment (not completed), and mismatched paint. We shipped the car back they repaired and made repairs and I got a flight and picked the car up (seemed good enough). Fast forward I have 1 rear tire that goes bald, needed a 4 wheel alignment. Starts having airbag lights on the dash and a similar warning every time we start the car, Take it to a shop to get it figured out??? THESE GUYS ILLEGALLY REPLACED AN AIRBAG WITH A "USED" KIA AIRBAG - The car is a Cadillac, They had cut the wiring harness in the car and replaced it with "USED: KIA wiring harness. It is illegal to install USED AIRBAGS!!! As they may not deploy when needed and who knows but I guess that we were lucky that it hadn't deployed without warning on us just driving down the road. I will be turning them into the state on MI as this car had been through the states inspection process.

I purchased a 2017 Explorer Sport. I received it and it had damage that was never repaired so I contacted them. I spoke with Mike and told him about the damage. I took a video and did a complete walk around of the vehicle. He said for me to get an estimate and contact him again. He also stated that he had ordered a couple of parts and would have it shipped to me. After I got an estimate (3 to be exact and the cheapest was $2800) I tried contacting him. He would not answer his phone so I emailed him and called his partner. Finally I got a hold of him and he told me he was out of state and he would be back the following month. He also said the parts were in the way which never showed up. He basically dodged me until I couldn’t leave any feedback on eBay. Needless to say I was shafted on this deal. There were paint runs where the damage was fixed, and the repair job was just plain bad. Overall experience was horrible. These people do not stand behind there work and will do the same to you. You might get lucky but that’s a chance I wouldn’t take no matter if it’s a great deal. Please stay away from this place!

Buyer Beware....they lie and are crooks. Bought an SUV from them through EBay from them. We should have Googled the VIN Number but didn’t. The eBay auction said the only thing they did was replace fender. When we went to pick the car up there were several deep scratches on back door. We were told they would fix it but the paint man had taken the spray gun home with him, so Mike said he would cover the cost of fixing the door. On the way back home the Engine light came on. Once we got home we Noticed that there was grease dripping from wheel so we called Mike and told him about the grease dripping, he ask for pictures so I sent him two different sets. He said he could see where the boot wasn’t locked in and he would send us another one. I also told him about the Check Engine light and let him know we had anapptvat the Ford place. He said we were covered under the 90 day power train warranty on the power train just let him know how much. The Ford place fixed the things that was connected to the check engine light and I let Mike know what was fixed and how much. The report also said that the car had salvage parts through out the car. He never sent the boot so we took the car to have the wheel fixed and the door painted. I let Mike know that we were sending him a copy of the bills the Ford place, the alignment shop and the paint shop. He kept putting us off and hehawing around about the check, he finally sent a payment for the Ford place but not the body shop or the tire. After a couple text messages in which he accused us of trying to rip him off he said he’d pay the tire one. We are still waiting on the check and he jerked us around so long that the 60 days had lapsed on feedback I n eBay. Like I said Buyer Beware!

Mike treated me Fair. A little slow but kept his word and took care of it promptly in the end. Never buy a salvage car unless you are a car guy/girl. You need to know cars really well. Be prepared for issues. Never buy a flood car.order a Carfax, dealer history and build sheet. Do a full inspection. If you suspect water damage pulll a door panel and look under seats. I would buy Mike again.
