Quality Muffler

EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK!! I needed to fix my exhaust to pass the emission test and I had family member recommend me this place and I am very glad he did! Customer service was great, informative and descriptive, I feel very comfortable with the price I paid, considering the amount of work needed, I definitely recommend this place, even waiting inside I noticed they have a HUGE variety of different products and quality items, so I most definitely will keep coming back for further projects!

Was able to get my catalytic converter replaced within the week (needed to wait for a part but the install was as soon as it came in), great service, helpful, and ended up paying a bit less than what was quoted for at the end. Replacement part was more than fairly priced.

I've done had a muffler delete and a resonator delete from these guys and they always do a great job. The tailpipe looks bone stock, you wouldn't even suspect I'm straight piped lol. Quality mufflers will help you out with any CA legal modification and that's not their choice that's enforced by the states law. If you have a Catless down pipe or long tube headers just install them yourself first and bring it down to quality mufflers, they will help you get the resonator and muffler deleted and they will fix any rattles.

Quality Muffler, I had gone there today to see if they could fix the (pin hole) in my muffler but they said it was a drain hole & it's 👌 ok! & so there was no charge for checking it. Thank you guys 💯%+ & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s

I bought a Catalytic Converter in 2021 and had to have it replaced in 2024 because it's defective. Now it's defective again and they won't honor the warranty. The owner was extremely rude and told me to take a breath when I was upset. You don't talk to customers like that. I used to recommend them to other people. Hopefully nobody gets treated as bad as I was.

I called to get a quote on some muffler work for my 1975 El Camino and was told I'd have to have a catalytic converter installed. I told him they were mistaken because my year is smog exempt. They said they couldn't do it unless they installed a catalytic converter. I've had my vehicle registered for many years without requiring smog checks. Not knowing California emissions laws cost them a new customer.

We have a truck that we brought from West Virginia and F-250 that has significant rust. And by significant I mean ungodly. So there was no surprise when our tailpipe was hanging from where it sheared off the can leaving less than a half inch lip. We figured it'd be a costly replacement for this rust bucket. But we brought it to Quality and they said no problem. They welded a sleeve on and welded up the brackets, drive ready in a little over an hour. Most mechanics charge 150+ an hr. They charged us 25 in labor and 20 for the brackets to hold the muffler. My husband always says "you can have fast and cheap or you can have fast and quality or quality and cheap, but ya can't have all three." Quality muffler proved him wrong.
