They were helpful working with insurance, did a great job on the car and explaining what needed to be done and the turn around was great. I got in a car accident. It was a traumatic experience. I took my car to Quality Collision and the people there are incredible. They gave me a reasonable quote and they had my car back to me in a week! Joe and the guys at the shop definitely took care of me. They made me feel like a top priority and for that I'm thankful. My car looks like the accident never happened.

I was in an accident in July and brought my car in, it took almost 4 months for parts to come in. My brother is a mechanic and pointed out several things wrong. The hood was not fitting right , it was sticking up and was difficult to even open and took two people. It also was dented and parts of the front had holes in the grill part. My auto start wouldn’t work because the hood wasn’t on correct. They left an entire tool sitting inside my car hood. My rotors ended up rotting away while it sat there and I had replace them (the rotors were only a few months old when I had my accident). My headlights are still broken. I had parts of the inside of my car hood completely missing and bolts . Please see pictures. Never come to this guy he will let you drive away in a dangerous vehicle. After giving him another chance to fix my car the entire bottom part of my car fell off driving home from the shop and they had to toll it back to the shop! He said he thought he heard something when he drove it and thought it was normal. He then blamed it on the car wash. Long story short, it took him 3 attempts to fix my car. I still have broken headlights and I wasted so much time. He used broken parts on my car.

I used quality collision when my car was hit randomly in a parking lot. I received 3 quotes, 2 in which were very similar. Quality collision told me my car wouldn't be ready for 5 days which I was upset about but the comparable location told me 3 days. After talking to these locations that were comparable, I chose quality collision because I was working directly with Mark who was honest, derailed and did not take advantage of me because I was a female. My car was hit on the driver side back door which was hard to repair, when I got it back in looks like it was never hit. Mark made sure my car was the exact color that it was before and in the condition of a brand new car which is what I was so scared of. Instead of replacing my car door which is what one place wanted to do, they Made sure we didn't have to do that. My car is a 2021 so it was only a year old and it looks brand new again. Their team did such a great job that I will recommend and use them every time. My various cars have been in the shop at different timed throughout my life but my brand new car means a lot to me and was nervous who to give it to. I can say I am very please with their business from top to bottom. Thank you for all that you did for me!! I will be back for your service! It is very hard to tell in pictures because or the color of my car but I will post anyways.
