After a recommendation from a co-worker, I bring my car (2011) here anytime I need work done. Alex is honest and will take the time to figure out what needs to be done. He takes time to get to know his clients and has an excellent memory. I do not live close to this repair shop, but will make the trek from The Valley to visit Alex. Highly recommend this shop!

The smog test people are very friendly, although there was a little bit of a wait. But they did their job well because they check my car carefully. The smog test price is $60, which is pretty reasonable, given that they did a great job! Other places are insanely expensive. Go here to get your smog test instead. You will not regret it!

Alex was very unprofessional and provided poor service. He refused to provide a receipt, requested payment in cash, and lied about the amount due TWICE. Not until we confirmed our previous conversation, did he agree to the original price. He refused to provide anything in writing. Our car wouldn’t start the next day after picking it up. He stated a specialist came to look at it and we paid for that service. However after it wouldn’t start, we called the specialist and he actually stated he never went out to the shop to look at the car and had no idea what we were talking about. When we requested the car to be looked at again, he stated it was best we went to the dealer because he was not skilled in this particular issue. He lied and we spent money that did not fix the problem. I would not recommend this shop as he is untrustworthy and will not honor prices or work done. I will never go back.
