A little expensive but he solves any problem!

Very bitter. Cost me $150 to tow my car here. Told me $1800 or get it out of here without even looking at it. Didn’t give the tow my man battery.

My other mechanic can figure out the problem and Luis fixed it in a day. Great experience would recommend.

Stay away from this place!. This man has no idea what he's doing, and this is not a bunch of sour grapes, believe me! I took my Ford Escape hybrid to this guy over a month ago. First, he said I needed a new computer, then it was another part (not sure what, but the price was around $600), then it was a hybrid battery charger and battery...part after part, after part...excuse after excuse, after excuse, with no end in sight. After a month, I went in to pick up my car, intending to drive it home, but it wouldn't even start!; I had to have it towed from from Gardena to Seal Beach! I should point out when I took the car in it ran fine, but my mileage had dropped from 23-25 mpg to 19-21 mpg, over the previous few weeks, so I thought it best to have it checked now, before things got worse. but all I got was a lot of excuses. During this time I had to rent a car at $45 a day. Never have I had such a horrific experience with a mechanic. Stay away from this guy, believe me, he has no idea what he's doing!

Do not do business with this company very unprofessional. First problem they charge $160 for diagnostic. Yes that will go towards the repairs if you have them to do the work but their fees are very high. They never told my husband up front what their fee was for the diagnostic & told my husband he would text him after he looks at the car. We were never texted or called and they keep the car overnight without any communication to us. This is not professional because they should always have some communication with the customer if the car has to be keep overnight. If I could give this company an negative star I would.
