Quality Automotive of Medina

Quality Automotive has been my go-to place to service my car for more than 10 years. They don’t overcharge and they don’t fix what doesn’t need fixed unless you want them to. Every repair I have had done has been a permanent fix for any given problem. They have clear communication, let you have input into the parts they use to repair (oem vs aftermarket, value part vs premium part, etc), and offer excellent service. We take both of our vehicles here for service. I always feel confident that the job will be done right. They keep a detailed history on the repairs and general maintenance and keep me advised of possible future problems. Personal, professional, dependable, and reasonably priced.

I was stranded in a nearby town I was traveling through with a no start situation on my vehicle. Quality was super quick to respond and help me get my vehicle to them and then back to me in less than 24 hours. Repair was done professionally with factory parts. Honest, friendly, qualified, experienced and professional staff and EXCELLENT service. Highly recommend.

Stopped by to ask about a misfire happening on my Honda mini van. Doug explained the problem and reset the warning lights on my dash. He went on to explain how he started the business fixing Hondas. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes! He works on all makes and models but he'll have ALL my future auto mechanic business!!!
