Pry's towing is an amazing tow service company. My teenager had her first tire blow out. Rob the tow truck driver from Pry's was knowledgeable, fast, efficient, & honest. I wish AAA would send them everytime I needed roadside assistance. If I did not have AAA & I had to choose a tow service to call, it would be Pry's everytime.

I don’t even know where to start. I am a very understanding person when it comes to taking time to get things done, but there was no excuse for what happened to my car and I suggest never bringing your car here. I had a wonderful experience at the slippery rock Prys, but this one is just disgusting with how they run their business. I dropped my car off on Wednesday the 24th and they looked over it and I told them I had taken it to another shop and they only replaced one coil pack so I needed the rest of them. Long story short they only changed one coil pack and instead did 8 spark plugs and a valve cover gasket. But that’s not the issue I have. They told me that they’d try to get to it Friday and if not they’d get to it Tuesday. They apparently did not which is fine I get that staffing can be hard and getting cars done on time is hard. I called Wednesday around 3:30 p.m. asking for an update on the car and what they were doing considering it’s been an entire day past. They told me that they pulled it into the garage and were working on it now which I replied okay can you call me when you’re done and they said yes. So it’s around 4 p.m. on Thursday and I call again asking what’s happening and they said they had just brought it in from a test drive which I’m thoroughly convinced never happened and were tightening some things now. I asked if I could come pick it up and they said yes. I get there and write out the check for $640 that they charged and got in my car and left. My boyfriend was following behind me and I get a call from him going down the road that the car looks like it’s about to catch on fire. There is smoke flying up from underneath and oil spilling EVERYWHERE and a nasty burning smell filling my car. I live about 8 minutes from their shop so I get home and call them and tell them what happened. They said oh it’s probably because we didn't tighten the valve cover gasket enough. They said there’s nothing they can do now because it is 4:45 p.m. and they close in 15 minutes. So yet another day without my vehicle after paying them in full to have it fixed. The next morning I get a call waking me up at 8:50 in the morning saying they’re sending a tow truck. I go outside and wait and it is 11 a.m. now and I’m still sitting there waiting for them to show up. I call again and ask where is the tow truck and I’m told they are leaving now. They get there about 11:45 and fill it with oil and don’t bother towing it back to their shop. They DROVE it back to the shop. I wait hours for them to bring it back because when I called earlier they just said they must’ve not tightened the valve cover gasket enough. They bring it back right before 5 p.m. so I am unable to call until today if there were any issues which there was. The check engine light, VSC off light, and the master warning light are all still on. I asked for a refund to take it to another shop considering the part I paid for is probably ruined from the oil spilling and other issues that could have arisen from their mess up and they completely blew that off and proceeded to deposit the check today. They made nothing right.

I needed road assistance last night as my car just wouldn't start. Everything is computerized and lights were coming on the dashboard until everything just went dead! I called AAA and they sent a young man from Pry's Automotive who was so helpful and knowledgeable. He got the car started, did a test drive, and gave me his phone number in case I had trouble on the way home. It was dark and late and I am a senior. He was courteous and concerned for my welfare. Thank you so very much!
