Pro Van installed two little projects for my Sprinter while I was passing through Vegas. Alain expertly walked me through my product options, went out of his way to secure the exact option I wanted, and completed the jobs exactly on time. Alan (the owner) answered the phone in his thick French accent. I explained I was passing through Vegas & I needed my RV fridge to work off the propane setting. He said to bring it down. I asked what he charges and he told me "nothing to look at it." He starts looking and troubleshooting and working on it. About a half hour later he had it working. (It hadn't worked in years.) We never talked price and he charged me a ridiculously low $80. We chatted about vans, conversions, my dream conversion van. He showed me what they were working on for customers. All custom, all amazing work. He retired at 40 in France but then got bored and opened a shop here in Vegas about 10 years ago. He spent an hour talking to me about what kind of batteries to buy off Amazon when the time comes. He doesn't even sell batteries. I left (got tacos) then on to my next stop to get battery inverter cables. Stupid my for not asking Alan in the first place. He cut me some from what he had in stock. I think he must have sold it to me at his cost. I have no idea what he charges for his conversion business but he took care of me basically for the joy of helping someone and a small fee.

If you are in the Las Vegas, Nevada area or if you can manage a drive and you need some custom work done, you're sure to be happy with Alain's work at Pro Van USA. I had been looking at options for adding extra passenger seating in my Sprinter and decided to see what a builder would recommend and charge. I meet Alain when I visited Pro Van. Speaking to him was like having a conversation with myself. Alain understood what I wanted, the Pros and Cons of each option and explained in great detail how he and his team would approach the work to be done. In the end, I decided on a foldaway two person bench seat. His approach towards the install was awesome. Alain fit me into his installation schedule within 2 days of me receiving the seat. He promised me a same day completion and he delivered on his promise. I was completely impressed with his service and work performed. While I am generally a DIYer for many build projects, he and his team have earned my trust. I will be taking my van to him for many more updates. If you're in need of service, give him a shot.

Attention! I’ve been looking for a capable van conversion company throughout Las Vegas for quite a while to setup my ‘19 Mercedes Sprinter. I was referred, passed on, and ignored by the others. Alain (owner of Pro Van) was attentive, made suggestions, communicated, and went above and beyond. No hidden costs, AMAZING installation of my vent, a/c unit, dimmable cabin lights, and insulated the walls and ceiling! As a courtesy, he added the wood panels to hide the insulation on the walls! Such a generous guy and the workmanship is priced very well. I highly recommend this company for any van conversion you’ll need!
