I took my 2018 Porsche GT3 here to repair some front end damage. I got the car back after 5 months. There was overspray all over the car! Dust inside the car. It looked like it had been sitting in a barn with the windows down for a year. The work itself was poor. You'd think on a $200,000 car they'd do their best, they didn't. Then, the worst part, the car drove horribly after this. Before it was super stable under braking. After, it felt like it was going to spin out every time I hit the brakes. It would randomly pull left/right at speeds over 150mph at the track and constantly felt unstable. I found a local Porsche race shop and they said the alignment was way off and it needed a sub frame readjustment and that's why it felt so unstable. Unfortunately, they weren't able to get it in for a month, and before that appointment, I was going down 215, had to hit the brakes hard, and it just started spinning like a Mario kart that hit a banana and went into a wall. Caused injuries to my girlfriend, myself, and the car was a total loss. I've never in my life had a car spin from hitting the brakes, with stability control on! Something was wrong with the car and they just gave it back to me and said it was good. If you'd like your car to be repaired well and drive anything like it did before the accident, do not take it to this shop!

I had the smoothest experience while my car was getting fixed. I have a Mercedes and the Mercedes dealer referred me to Exoticar Paintworks, so I felt my mind was at ease because they work on luxury cars. Robert was the best with his communication and responded fairly quickly when I had questions. The office staff was so lovely and checked me out quickly when it was time to pick up my car.

I own a 2023 Lucid. I had a silver dollar sized dent, dead center on my hood, from a rock thrown by a semi. Not only did they nail the Lucid Zenith Red color, but they made sure the Lucid team next door repaired the loose trim on my trunk. Great customer service!

Most horrible experience ever! Back in early December of 2023 I was involved in an accident while waiting at a traffic light. The right rear corner of my car was hit. As a result the right rear fender was indented along with the right end of the bumper cover. Nevertheless, the vehicle was drivable. In fact I drove it for three weeks until the appointment with Exoticar came up. The car didn’t pull to one side or the other nor did it make any strange noises. It just look unpleasant on the side. I dropped it off to Exoticar on December 26. They kept it for two weeks and called me to tell me the car was not fixable and they are NOT going to work it that I should accept “Total Loss” and settle the terms with the insurance company. I decided to take the vehicle to a different shop for second opinion and gave them back a call to arrange the pick-up. They informed me that, first, the car was no longer drivable because they took apart the rear end and flat out refused to put it back together and, second, that I owe the $2,610 for storage. I ended up hiring a tow truck and pay them the full amount in cash because they don’t accept personal check or credit card. So, I guess, that’s the new way of doing business – don’t fix cars, charge storage fees.

Had a very good experience with Hugo getting my Rivian fixed up. Very personable with a positive attitude and good communication. Most surprising part was how seamless renting a Tesla for a couple weeks was from Mayson Enterprise. He took phone calls from me when I needed help charging and even initiated a call with my insurance company weeks after I’d turned the car in to help me finish up the process. I think he has some nice new cars now available too. Highly recommend both these companies and fine gentleman.

Amazing service! Great company to rent from ! Owner was super nice and didn’t even charge me to charge the Tesla model 3! Can Mayson enterprise will always be my forever rental company!
