Standard oil change service. Would have been better if there hadn't been a TV blaring 2ft from the car, and I might could have heard what the tech was saying. They didn't really do all the checks on the checklist. I also thought it was pretty expensive. Have been looking for an oil change place that I really like. This isn't it, and I won't go back.

They were professional and knowledgeable and kind. My issue with this shop is their price. I ALWAYS get the recommended oil, synthetic blend for my vehicle, every oil change. They asked if that was what I wanted and it was. They neglected to tell me the price beforehand because if they did I would’ve left immediately. 80$ is absolutely ridiculous. I go to the dealership normally and I get my oil changed and a new air filter for less than that. I am a certified service advisor. That price is so out the way that I feel an obligation to file a complaint with Lansing. I am deeply offended by your price you are taking advantage of your customers.
