Pro Auto Collision

I own an airport shuttle service in the area and have used this shop for all of the bumper issues and fixes that come along with vehicles with high miles over the years. It was stressful finding the right body shop to fill our business needs until I came across Pro Auto Collision a number of years ago. Ritchie and Dee Dee run a top notch operation. I really can't say enough good things about how they run their business and the exemplary good work they do. Always fair and no nonsense communication when it comes to pricing and timing to do a job. If you are stressed to find the right shop use them.

There is a reason this place is 5 stars. I needed work done on my VW Atlas and Ritchie explained everything he was going to do and why/ how. He quoted me right there. The other few places took days or was thousands more. The work is phenomenal. Ritchie and his wife are so welcoming and really care about the work they put into the cars.

Took my 2021 Maxima in to have the bumper repaired after I was rear ended in the school pick up line. This is the first time that I’ve needed auto body repair so I started my search on Google and found Pro Auto Collision. I drove from Fallbrook to get an estimate and met Richie (hopefully I got his name right) and his wife. He took a look at my car and gave me an estimate. I did go to one other place to get an estimate and Pro Auto Collision was a few hundred less. Took a week for repairs but the bumper looks brand new. Very satisfied with the work and I appreciate that they washed my car before I picked it up. These are good people here — Highly recommend this shop!

We've had a bit of bad luck with our cars. With a large family that drives a lot, we've had our fair share of accidents. None of them were deemed our fault by our insurance company. The first time (several years ago) our Nissan Altima was backed into by a SUV and had the front bumper scrunched. After some investigation I found this place. Rich and his staff were very helpful and kept me in the loop on progress. Repair work was excellent. When I was involved in an accident about a year later (just before Christmas), I again took my Lexus RX400h here to get the back end fixed after being side swiped by someone coming off the freeway and losing control of their truck to the point the spun out and hit me. Again - top notch work. Les than six months later the Lexus was stolen out of my driveway and involved in an accident. The car was towed by the police and my insurance company took it to another facility to do the estimate. Since you have the right to choose who does the repair work, I again took the car to Pro Auto. Unfortunately - the initial inspection by the other company missed several key pieces (such as the fact that there was a hole through the tire well into the cab of the vehicle). Pro Auto worked with the insurance company on getting a new inspection which later resulted in the car being totaled. Our van was hit by someone coming out of a school parking lot during pick up time and nailed the front end of it. It was a couple of years ago and the front end still looks brand new after Rich fixed it up. Lastly on Valentines day a person pulled out of their driveway and hit another one of our vans causing damage all the way down from front to the back panel. Rich and his team (it's a family business) are great people. While I hope to not have to use their services again, if I ever do, this is the only place that I would take my car(s).

My 1st time repairing auto body in the US and I chose here. It turns out that I made great choice! Richie, the boss, did great job repairing my Audi. Everything worked out as promised. Finished on time. Everything is perfect! I hight recommend here!
