Divine Automotive and Smog

I would never recommend this business, bulling should not be allowed to get your way. I did report it to the Better Business Bureau and took him to court and won. At least I received most of my money back. If there was a negative poor service, that is what I will rate his service. It took more than 9 days of lies and overcharging to fix my car. He always has an excuse of why he can't work on my car, whether he was sick, too much work or work on another car overnight. He does not even fix the problem he finds but gives it to another shop to fix. I still don't have my invoice and it is going now about a month. He won't mail it because he wants me to sign the invoice without the detail of how he fixed the car. When I asked for my invoice he kicks me out from his office. Figure that out. He kicked me out of the office twice for asking for the invoice. Anytime he cannot produce he kicks me out. Treating a customer this way is not professional. He called me a cheapskate, be a man and much more. The reason I didn't take the car to another auto shop was because I had to pay him $300 for dismantling and putting the car back that he never fixed. He was always mad when he can't answer my questions.. The Better Business bureau got involved and took is A rating away. I could give Miss zero rating I would.

I went in today because my car was having problems starting a few times. Came here ran a diagnostic and got it fixed in no time ! Great service and for a great price . I will definitely be going back if I need anything !
