I came in for an oil and knew I could still go longer on what I had, didn't really need the oil change yet. The service Mgr came out to let me know this, he was concerned I was spending money I didn't need to. I had them change it because I don't drive a lot but didn't want to have to come in during the middle of winter.

I was 30 mins late for an appointment that I had to reschedule twice prior (for my own terrible time management). I was annoyed with myself! But the Preston Honda Service team was unbelievably patient with me and had no hard feelings! They allowed me to show up to my late appointment, instead of rescheduling (which I would’ve understood since it was my fault). They shuttled me to breakfast and they did a great job maintaining my cars’ needs. I’m so grateful for this dealership and their patience, kindness, and quality of work!

I purchased my Accord from a local dealership to make my life easier! It truly has! My grief at this point is due to the absurd amount of money that I was going to be charged to replace rear breaks and calipers. Parts costing less than $300 was going to cost me close to $2,000. What????? My replacements will be done elsewhere, but I will be back for basic maintenance.

Honda had my service done in two hours just like they said it would be done. They also dropped us off at a restaurant while my car was being serviced and picked us back up! Wonderful service! Good job on my car also.
