Horrible, I asked for a certain size tire and gave me what they wanted and told me it was the same thing. No it's not...and it's not what the customer asked for. If you don't have it be up front instead of lying and taking the customers money. Lack of communication and rude. This horrible service was yesterday 2/22/23 around 1 pm. So in response to your comment I don't need to check the place I know what place I went to. Didn't want to add all of the incident now I will. The guy took the tire out of my car and took it back in they took that tire off and he walked back to my car with the rim and original tire I went there with and he opened my car without asking and placed it inside. I asked him what had happened and he didn't say a word and I asked if they didn't have it and didn't say anything and walked away. So yes you guys are rude. If someone asks for a certain size tire don't put on whatever you guys feel "it's the same" cause if you guys charge $25 for a used tire and I give you $15 then I can say it's the same.

Very humble guys this is the second time I go here and I love the service and immediately they get to work awesome place to come and get your tire done the right way plz support the small business people Firestone and all the big businesses suck. Go to premier tires where the job gets done little as 15min.

Never to go here again!!! Bad and rude!!! I called for a specific tire size they give me another and then to say it's the same size no you got it wrong and then to say you don't have that size when you made the mistake on putting the wrong size... You got mad and decided to not change it to the size I asked and gave the tire back flat!!
