Armada Towing

Horrible service. I called AAA to have my car towed. This was during my lunch time and the dispatch said my driver will arrive within 50 minutes. Apparently the tow person showed up at the location and called me one time @9:44 AM. When i saw the miss call, i called back at 9:59 (for some reason my phone puts some calls to voice msg) and i get the tow guys voice mail. Very unprofessional one at that. It’s the type that pretends they are talking to you until they say leave a msg. Imagine if someone is stranded and you get a VM like that. I called the guy three times and finally he picks up and claims he has been trying to reach me multiple times. This wasn’t true. I never received an ETA or a call that they were arriving soon. And when I called them, the driver states that he had to leave because he had been waiting for a while. I have used AAA before but never had this experience even when i miss the call from the dispatch they dont leave that quickly. And they don’t have bad customer service. Just a waste of my time

Armada Tow is the absolute worst tow business. They tell AAA that the tow is covered for their $500.00 contribution and then charge the stranded customer $200 to $400 towing fee no matter the size or weight of the RV they tow! The lady at the front desk answering phones giving quotes lies to AAA to take the call and when they get there, they charge you extra or leave! I have reported them to the better business bureau. They use several business names: Armada Tow; Big Z Tow; Auto Rescue to name a few. And I put 1 star because this app must put something there in order to post!

Absolute crooks!!!! My car was stolen twice!!! Once by the street criminales, then by Armada Towing!!!! They tow my car less than 2 miles and want $464.00 for the tow. I have nobproblem with a company making money, however they should not take advantage of a bad situation!!!!! That is an outragious fee $464.00 plus $70 a day. Shame on Armada for taking advantage of people who are already in a bad situation!!! Then San Bernardino School police want $100.00 to give me a release so I can get my car????? Isn't that part of their job? Why do I have to pay them for a release?

Great communication with a very quick response time. Sean went above and beyond to free my seized and stripped lug-nut when most would have walked away. Def recommend. 🤙🏽

They are the best ever. Over the years the they have rescued me numerous times and places. Once I gave them the wrong address and still they found me. I told AAA they are only ones I want. So polite and professional. Many thanks.
