Premier Sportscar Service / Premier Racing Introduce

Premier Sportscar Service / Premier Racing, located at 5325 Polaris Ave #500 in Las Vegas, NV 89118, operates as an "Auto Repair Stations" platform category, specializing in the service and repair of Porsche vehicles. They can be contacted at (702) 649-8267 or their mobile number +1 702-649-8267.

Based on customer reviews, Premier Sportscar Service, led by Kent, appears to have a strong reputation among some Porsche enthusiasts, particularly those who value meticulous attention to detail and expert diagnostics. One customer described the shop floor as immaculate and noted seeing both new and older Porsche GT and race cars undergoing service. This reviewer praised the team's skill in quickly identifying and resolving a subtle brake noise issue, highlighting their "surgeon-like diagnostics." The background of Kent in preparing race cars for the Le Mans series is also mentioned as a testament to his expertise.

However, other reviews present contrasting experiences. One customer reported a significant issue with a rear differential installation where a bleeder valve was allegedly missing, leading to an oil leak. This reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the proposed fix and ultimately had the issue resolved correctly at another shop. Another customer detailed multiple unsuccessful and costly brake flushes for a squeaking issue, which was only resolved after the customer provided the correct low viscosity brake fluid, despite which they were still charged for a subsequent flush. This reviewer also expressed concerns about the shop's knowledge of non-racing Porsche models and their work ethics, particularly after prepaying for multiple services.

Features mentioned by a positive reviewer include the invitation to observe the work being done, the immaculate shop environment, and the willingness of the staff to answer questions and educate the customer. The primary service appears to be the specialized repair and maintenance of Porsche vehicles, potentially with a high level of expertise in high-performance and racing models.

Given the mixed feedback, local users in Las Vegas seeking service for their Porsche vehicles should consider both the positive comments regarding attention to detail and diagnostic skills, as well as the negative experiences related to specific repairs, knowledge of certain models, and customer service. Premier Sportscar Service / Premier Racing Customer Reviews

This is THE place if you want attention to detail, surgeon-like diagnostics and work performed on your Porsche. I was introduced to Kent and Premier Sportscar Service (“Premier”) from a Rennlist member - an enthusiast Porsche forum. I found it odd that I’ve never heard of Premier until now; given it’s been my mission in recent years to find a highly skilled, reputable, trustworthy local shop I can bring my rare Porsche supercar to. I later learned Kent doesn’t advertise. Clients largely come to Premier via word of mouth or through referrals. (Kent’s background was leading and preparing race cars for the Le Mans racing series). Once there, I was invited to stay and watch the work being done. Aside from the shop floor being immaculate, I saw new and older Porsche GT and race cars being upgraded and/or serviced. I was free to look around, ask questions and in the process learned new things about my car. The attention to detail was next level. For example I had a faint brake noise issue most couldn’t hear nor identify. It took Kent and his team within 10 minutes car on the lift to identify and correct the issue. Overall, I highly recommend Premier Sportscar Service. Kent and his team are skilled, friendly, fair and have a true passion for cars.

2012 Cayenne Turbo: He didn't install the bleeder valve on the new rear differential he installed. Oil was leaking all over the place and he blamed Porsche for not being able to do a proper differential rebuilt. After more than a week of calling and texting he finally invited me back to get it fixed, which the fix he recommended would be to use a "special wet sealant that Porsche has developed for the Motorsports" (!!!). Of course the issue was fixed by another shop properly by installing the missing bleeder valve. 2016 991.1 GTS: He had no idea about Low Viscocity DOT4. He charged me 4 visits and almost $700 on brake flushes because the brake was squeaking. When I educated him about the LV oil and I personally brought him the correct oil, he blamed the industry for not calling it DOT4.1. Of course the Low Viscosity DOT4 solved the squeaky noise of the brake pedal, but I was still charged $270 for the brake flush even though it was the 4th visit for the same issue, even though I had already paid him over $400 for the previous flushes he did and even though I brought my own correct Low Viscosity oil. All of the above took place after I PREpaid him $12,000 for multiple maintenance repairs/service my Cayenne was due for. We don't know yet if everything else he repaired will be OK but time will tell. He may be an excellent race car mechanic. But my experience with his customer service, work ethics and knowledge on "non-racing / street Porsches" was not under my satisfaction.

I bought a 996 GT3 in 2005.  I really didn’t know much about the car or how to drive it.  I heard about Kent online and went to a track event he hosted where he had some of the pro drivers from his racing days there to instruct.  It was a great day and I have never looked back.  After the event I left my car in his hands and to this day it stays at the shop when it’s not at the track! Over the years I have had many other Porsche’s from Cup Cars to Turbo Cayenne’s.  From the track to the street he has been not just flawless but exceeded my expectations.  I still have the 996 GT3 after all these years and the car continues to perform.  In fact, it’s far better than the day I bought it given the upgrades Kent has done over the years! Thanks Kent for taking such good care of me and everyone I have sent your way! Al Preble P1 Customer Since 2005

What an amazing shop, Have known Premier and delt with them for about 18 years now. Kent is one of the most knowledgeable and qualified Porsche Techs in the USA. Same reliability and quality over all of these years. Super meticulous work. He uses a paint pen to mark all main nuts and bolts that he works on especially on engine and transmission and chassis and other vital parts. Factory training and vast knowledge of how these cars work. Always eager to see the new cars and what new designs Porsche has come up with. Really intelligent guy. How many people can take apart an entire Carrera GT including engine and transmission and put it back together better then the factory did. Or diagnose some complicated electrical issues. I have personally seen him in action doing some awesome diagnostic work and super clean wrenching. You don’t find too many guys out there with this level of care for customers cars and safety for street cars and race cars. He puts in equal quality work into street cars like he does the race cars. Also excellent at going over all details with customers. If he sees a hose that’s not in best shape or a defective clamp or stripped bolt or something not right he fixes it and makes sure the customer is safe and taken care of. For the clients who love their cars he’s the kind of guy you want keeping your car in proper maintained order. And the tuning products are top notch and really work giving you a seat of the pants difference. If you love Porsche’s it’s a must stop shop to see in Vegas and hopefully he can take care of your car for you. Your in good hands with Kent and Amy at Premier Sportscar Service. #1 in Vegas.
