I usually take my vehicle into one of the local dealerships for repairs and service. One of my closest friends told me about this place. It was a great experience. All of the service work that I had done at this place would have cost me 3 times the amount at the dealership, and they would have kept my vehicle for multiple days. Twins got all of the extensive work done in less than a day. My vehicle runs smoothly and they treated me like a VIP, not just another customer that they could overcharge for parts and labor. I'll definitely use them again, because there's not many honest and fair priced mechanics around these days. Thanks for everything Twins Automotive!!

Very appreciative of the opportunity to work with Twins Automotive! My car broke down in Las Vegas with a coolant leak. My car started smoking and these guys were able to quickly find the problem and take care of my car issues promptly and professionally. Best of all, they treat you like family! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with having our car worked on last weekend at Twins Automotive. We came into town just for a weekend getaway, however my car started stalling and turning off while driving into Vegas on the 15 freeway. We stopped at state line (CA/NV) to find an emergency mechanic, but the prices for those we contacted were outrageous. We finally made it to Vegas, found Twins on GoogleMaps, and went to talk to them. This shop is located in the back of a lot with many other businesses, so I recommend really keeping your eyes peeled for their sign or calling them to have them direct you to find their shop. Anyway, Jaclyn was wonderful to work with. She accommodated us right away, and even turned their a/c unit on in the office so we would feel more comfortable. She offered for us to leave our car and to drive us herself back to our hotel. I was a little nervous doing this because you never know who you can trust; but, Jaclyn was fantastic about communicating with us and she was very professional. They did a diagnostic on our car within about two hours, and once we authorized the work, they fixed it very quickly. She even drove our car back to our hotel once it was finished for us! We drove back home the next day with no car trouble, and Jaclyn reached out to us to inquire as to whether we had any more trouble with the car. Such excellent customer service here in a time when that is decreasing so rapidly from so many businesses. Definitely highly recommend Twins Automotive for any work you need.

I truly am not a person to write reviews. But the service i had at twins automotive deserves a 5+ star review! . My ac is now working ,Raul and Jackie communicated with me on what needed to be done. Raul even followed up with me after two weeks to make sure everything was working smoothly. I have never had that happen before. Recommend him to everyone!!!

I was in Vegas for the Jr NFR and our truck broke down with a bad throw-out bearing we needed it fixed ASAP since we had kids and horses we needed to haul around. I called Twins Automotive and they got the truck in immediately. They came in at 4am to get the truck finished for us by the next afternoon and were willing to work all weekend if necessary. Top notch customer service, I would highly recommend, If I ever need any work done in Vegas this will be my only call! They really went above and beyond to get us back on the road. If I could give 6 stars I would.
