I was able to get an appointment same day and that has never happened at any of the other Ford/Lincoln Dealership Service Departments I have been too. The oil change and tire rotation service & NYS Inspection was way quicker than I expected so that was definitely a plus. I was wondering while I was not asked to use my Lincoln Rewards points to pay for Service, I never paid as much for NYS Inspection before and Staff could maybe smile a bit more but all and all pleasantly surprised and pleased with Service.

The turnaround for a new strut was in Monday and pickup Wednesday. I'd call that excellent. Everybody was nice. My only issues was that it's hard to get someone on the phone.
