I went in for and recall, and they had to remove the liner. When I got back to the truck, it looked like this. ( see pics. When I approached the individual who did the job, I asked him what happened. His excuse was, do you know how hard it was to get it out and put it back in. ( He remove the plastic from the floor in the seats. Just to make it easier for him not to slide, I guess) OMG. So the bad news is I had to rent a car again. Why they worked on the truck, which was very inconvenience time consumed and the car they rented me was dirty, go figure And the representative at the time said that he would take care of it that he did, but it still needs some more work cause he left mark stains, but overall the representative he handled it well, thank you, sir. Can you imagine having those marks on your seats? When you keep your car, this clean

Jordan Reid was my service advisor and the services provided were phenomenal. Although taking my car to the dealership is always expensive haha its always great to be able to trust where you take it. They work fairly quickly, my car parts were estimated to get this location about 3 business days and they were able to get it in within 1. Im not saying that applies to everyone or everything. However, I appreciate that things were expedited.

This was the WORST car dealership I have ever been to in my LIFE. They told me my Cylinder head gasket was leaking, I told them clearly that’s not the problem. They still insisted on taking my ENTIRE ENGINE out of my car, and they realized immediately that it wasn’t leaking. AFTER they took my ENTIRE ENGINE out of my car they REFUSED to put it back in. And I have been going to Court for 15 years trying to get some clearance from the court system but they all seem to be working together on the same agendas.. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and I will be taking this to EXTREME measures….

I recently took my Ford Maverick to Premier Ford for a full tune-up, oil change, tire rotation with air, etc.and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Dave, in particular, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and even made a point to greet my dog, which was such a nice touch. They handled everything with the highest level of care and professionalism. My car feels great after their 'Works' service package, and I’ll definitely be bringing my Ford back here in the future. Five stars all the way!

I went in the dealership to address a Recall for Powertrain control module pcm reprogramming Campaign# 24E12 They accepted my truck without delay and took it to the service center to address the issue. The wait wasn’t as long as I expected. And I was also able to purchase a handle for my driver side door as well, which I expected to have to order.

The staff was very professional, informative, and knowledgeable, the work was completed in a timely manner, my only complaint was that they did not provide a loaner car while my car was held for recall repairs. Overall everything went great.

Took my Ford Focus for a recall and other repairs. Dan was very helpful from beginning to end. He was efficient and thorough with the estimate of the work needed and the experience itself. Out of other service centers, I would return to this one again.

Had my airbags replaced because of a recall. DMV wouldn’t let allow me to get my car inspected. Jonas at premier ford ordered the parts and I brought the car in and it was ready the same day. Jonas also got the DMV to take my car of the do not inspect list.
