Horrible experience. Greg had my car for a month without doing anything. All calls were ignored. After pressuring him to get my car back, I found there was a dent in the back bumper (obviously no one knew what happened). Later learned the wrong bolts were used on the arm so I had to pay another mechanic correct.

Greg did a Muffler & Resonator delete on my 04 TL. He did a flawless job on the welding and installation. Great guy and great prices. Would definitely recommend.

The owner of this shop is the embodiment of Matilda's father. He'll lie about the work done on your car to get you out of the way. I came for a very simple service because it was close from home and stepped out for 7-8 minutes to figure out he had finished and clearly avoiding the suggested steps. (I emphasized a few times before leaving and he responded this was shop and he knows what he was doing). would give him a chance because it was Saturday and he started drinking early, he was also mad for other reasons at the end we all need some kind of relief.

Greg and Derrick own this place and they are very, very honest and reasonable with their prices. It's refreshing to find good, honest and professional mechanics. I had been quoted a $600 brake job at another shops. But i took it to Premier Auto and Derrick took his time and showed me the brakes and they were actually 50% life left and saved me several hundred dollars. You can trust Greg and Derrick the best in the business.
