UPDATE: To address their snarky response to my 3+ month old review, I have the correct business and stand by my review. We were treated very poorly. We had an appointment. And we got bumped because according to the lady working, and I quote, "someone more important came in". Get off your high horses and accept that someone had a bad experience at your business and the criticism that comes with it. Original review: Apparently someone more important came in, and they threw the appointment book out the window.

Premier Aerial is one of my go to companies for prompt service, with customer care and employees that care about you and the work they perform. Supporting a veteran family owned business with 24 hour emergency service is what I need to keep my company rolling. Keep up the good work Jeff and the gang.

I manage a large fleet of utility vehicles in Michigan. While we're really a customer of Premier Aerial, they've treated us more like business partners. What that means for us is that sometimes they go more than the extra mile to get us the support we need to get our work done. In some cases that has meant stocking large amounts of costly inventory to keep us up and running when COVID shut down logistics and manufacturing channels that had been reliable. Jeff was able to leverage his contacts and get the supplies to keep us connected during this time. Also, during inspection season, they get our repairs done quickly prioritizing critical equipment down repairs first and looking for different ways to get us up and running. Premier has also handled some special projects for us over the years expanding their typical service offerings to meet our needs at the time. It's also a good sense of reliability when we get to work with the same people over the course of the fifteen years I've been doing this. Jeff, Aimee, Chris and Tucker have consistently taken care of our needs in a way that demonstrates the business partnership we've enjoyed over the years.
