Michael and his team were incredibly helpful. He did a wonderful job of explaining the issue and plan, without being condescending to someone who knows nothing about cars. Instantly made me feel like I've been coming here for years, as opposed to a first interaction. Highly recommend to anyone!

I got a nail in one of my car tires. I stopped by and dropped my car off to Michael and they took great care of my car & got the nail removed and patched the tire. On top of that, Precision is a certified service center for Mercedes Benz so I felt more comfortable dropping my car off knowing they are certified and have experience with my vehicle. Can’t recommend enough!! Thank you Precision!!

After having tons of issues with Tesla service, I took my 2013 Model S to Michael at Precision Auto Works in Long Island City. They took care of my alignment and rusted tie rod. They spent plenty of time on my car and the owner is a great guy. He understands customer service and knows how to take care of customers correctly and honestly. I highly recommend them for your out of warranty Tesla needs. Thank you Mike!

Fantastic experience at Precision Auto Works! From start to finish, everything went seamlessly. The owner (Michael) was incredibly friendly and informative, making sure I understood every part of the inspection and maintenance process. The facilities were spotless and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Plus, the turnaround time was impressively fast - I was in and out quicker than I expected. It saddens me to write this as I have been a loyal customer for the last 6 years. Michael is one of the best-loyal, friendly, honest, hard working-business owners I have ever come in contact with. He made me feel safe and always in good hands. When Elvis came to work for him it was a different story. I often had trouble with communication and straight forwardness. It all came to a head this week when Elvis broke a deal I had structured my entire month around. What’s worse is he lied about it. He seems to be playing Russian roulette with a business Michael has clearly spent so much time and effort building with trust and openness and honest communication. All bc of one bad apple. How sad. Time to move on.

Had the pleasure of having my oil change performed here today and it was a great experience. I was greated by the shop manager, Elvis, who inquired as to all the details of my visit and the make abd model of my vehicle. He immediately got on the phone and ordered the manufacturer required parts so that they could perform my oil change. Being short staffed due to some employees calling out sick didnt slow them down in the least. I had the pleasure of having one of the shop owners, Mike, perform the work on my car. Start to finish Mike was a complete professional. He stopped several times to explain what he was doing and why just to make me feel like I was part of the work. He checked my tire pressure, fluids and even my brake pads. If this is what I got for an oil change, how would I bring my car anywhere else for more intricate mechanical repairs? I truly recommend Mike, Elvis and the guys down at Precision Autoworks in Long Island City! 👍🏼

I've been bringing my car to Precision Auto Works for about ten years. I have a 2012 GTI, and go there for state inspections, maintenance, and repairs. I'm actually quite embarrassed this is my first review for them because they are stellar. Mike and the team are super friendly. You feel like family. They're great at walking you through the process and saving you money where they can. If something unexpected comes up during the job, they immediately contact me to go over the options from there. In fact I've always felt a little bit like part of the team because of the consistent communication. Thank you Mike and team, ya'll are awesome!
