Amanda made scheduling the appointment super easy with her friendly and professional demeanor. Her communication leading up to the appointment was excellent--she kept me informed every step of the way. When it came time for the service, working with Carlos, the owner, was equally impressive. His professionalism, kindness, and expertise were evident from the moment we spoke. The turnaround time was amazingly quick, and the quality of work was top-notch. They even came to my dealership to do the replacement because my car wouldn't pass inspection if it wasn't replaced. This team truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. From the person who took my phone call to set up the appointment and the lead tech and help are all very professional on time did a quick job explained everything that need to be explained about a new windshield being replaced. I absolutely recommend this company to anybody that needs glass work done. not to mention, they came in $150 cheaper than Safelite

This is the third time I have used precision auto glass and this time like the other two, was nothing but perfection. The technicians that serviced my car were Christian and Zack. As I would hope from any technician representing a company, they were prompt with their estimated arrival time. They were also very time efficient and informative, but on top of it, they were also extremely cordial, making me feel so comfortable that I was in good care with their service. The thorough cleaning of my windows and front mats was a surprise gift on top of the great service!
