Excellent technicians at their craft who are kind, honest, timely with their work, and who charge a fair rate. I have lived in several places and had to go to many auto shops over the years - at other locations, I pretty consistently had the experience of being spoken down to, with some shops outright lying to me about certain things (like trying to upsell services or claim that a small superficial scratch on a single tire tread warranted replacing all four tires, among many other things), but this business has always been the exception! I trust them to diagnose the issue, explain it clearly, and provide quick turnarounds at fair rates. They clearly explain the problem(s) with your vehicle, various possible solutions with their respective pros/cons, and more. I will be a repeat customer for years to come.

I had an excellent experience with Kenny at his auto repair shop in Islip! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. My car was having some issue which he was able to diagnose and solve smoothly. I highly recommend Kenny for anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic!

I had issues with my Range Rover and these guys came to the rescue. They were able to promptly tow my truck to their shop and find the issues. They even used Range Rover parts from the dealer and repaired my vehicle within a couple days. I live in Brooklyn over 50 miles from them but I wouldn’t hesitate to drive out or have my cars towed to them for a repair. Already planning on bringing my Cadillac to get looked at. Highly recommend this shop. 6 stars

Amazing customer service and work. My family has had nothing but great experiences here for the last 15+ years. My most recent experience prompted me to write this review. They replaced the backup camera in my car for 1/4 the price that the dealership wanted to charge. Literally 1/4 the price! Took them a few hours. Car was in and out. Cannot thank them enough. Honest and reliable. Highly recommend this business.

My family and I have been going here for 20 plus years and have always had honest and great service. Highly recommend bringing your car here for all your maintenance needs. We will miss Kenneth, but Dennis, Sean and Kenny Jr have the place running smoothly.
