Dropped off my truck to have my transmission rebuilt on a Wednesday, I was told it would be finished by the end of the next week. Never got a phone call so I waited till the following Friday still no call. I left a message that Friday I called the following Monday no answer left message no response I ended up having a friend go to the shop that Friday my keys were in the ignition no one around said open on the door. I think I was more than fair waiting just shy of a month having my truck worked on. Would not recommend.

Go somewhere else if you value your time. Potter's told me to come in yesterday before noon. So I called at 9am to give them a heads up. He says that's too late, I should have brought the car in around 7am. He suggested I come in today. So I show up here at 7am and it's a ghost town. Been waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes and still nobody's here. (Sign on the window says it opens at 8). It's not a holiday.
