I absolutely love this place all employees were so friendly and awesome! I needed 2 tires extremely bad but i was very very low on finds so he said they have used tires as well as new ones. The used tires were in way better shape than what I had on my car. The price was so fair I was able to get all 4 tires replaced.. Now I called 14 different tire shops in 3 county's and out of all 14 I found 1 used tire and the price for 2 new tires was by far more than 4 used tires by like 150 more.. If there was a 10 star rating poindextors tire shop In Franklin NC has earned it. Its is hands down the best all the way around place to go for your tire needs plus much more.

I was on vacation about 5 hours from home and got a nail stuck in the sidewall of my tire. Instead of trying to up sell they offered me several options. Most places will not attempt to patch a hole in the side wall but they said they would even though it wouldn't last. They also had new and used tires. The new tire had a good price so that's what I opted to do. Even though they were busy I was in and out in 30 minutes.

The best customer service and prices! I went in without an appointment this morning for an emergency tire situation and they got me in within a couple minutes. Highly recommend! Keep up the good work guys!! 💯

I took my truck in for warranty work and while there we decided to replace all the tires since it was about time. I went with the 305/40R22 Nitto Recons, great tire! The problem arose when I picked up my truck. I got in to leave and the TPMS light was on. I called and was told to just drive and it should go off. Drove it and it never went off. Returned with the truck to have it addressed as well as the other issues that were not corrected with the engine light coming on. My thoughts are, I should have never been called to pick it up with these lights on the dash. A tech or a service department rep should have driven the truck prior to “ it’s ready for pick up”. The balancing on the new tires was horrible, absolutely not what you would expect from a new set of tires. So I took my truck to High Country and they addressed the imbalance with ease, the truck rides like a dream now. But while rebalancing they heard an unusual noise coming from one of the wheels and tire so they broke it down to inspect. The reason the TPMS sensor light was on is because Poindexters tire company broke the TPMS sensor while changing the tires and had taped it to the rim and stuck a plain valve stem in the wheel instead. It amazes me people like this are able to stay in business. Andean did not do the work, they subbed it out to Poindexters in Franklin. However Andean did not address the engine light issue until the second trip to the dealership. It took me expressing that I would get a lawyer involved if they didn’t honor the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck at this dealership before warranting the water pump. My truck is back in order now but with more trips than necessary to the dealership. I live in Cullowhee and it’s inconvenient to drive to Andean numerous times when it should have been one and done. At the end of the day the guys at the front desk in service department and the tech involved we're great and their hands are bound by upper management in most cases. But again at the very least drive the vehicle you’re working on before the all clear is given, please. Andean you need to be mindful of the subs you use as well as honor your warranty without making people be ugly about it. I’m a person that remains loyal to a company when treated fairly.But after this experience we have decided now to do business with another dealership and recently bought a crew cab 3500 and plan to buy more in the very near future. Final word…..Andean out, Auto Star in, Poindexters out, High Country in!

Highly recommend. Old school honest tire shop. I was stranded on my road trip with a rock that went through tire. They did a proper hot patch and I made it home 1500miles away just fine. I will drive 100miles if I have to come to them again when I am in the area.

Friendly staff My rating is for the condition of the customer area, it's a really dirty shop, and they vape inside the office. The customer area looks a hundred years old, and like it's never been cleaned, windows all look cracked, cob webs, ceiling, large clumps coming off. Even a old non electric cash register with push buttons. But they are hard working, and helpful. Just a culture shock, for us youngens or women.

Just replaced 4 tires on my Jeep Wrangler. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. I pulled up with no appointment and they fit me right in. Great experience!
