Went to pitstop brandon today April 19th. I do all three cars the same day. Was doung my sons but he takes it himself now. Have always had good service except today. I have dash cam if ownership would like to review. I was following Chip guiding me into bay. He then freaks out throws the content of his open bottle of water towards the car and then starts yelling that he got hit by someone else in that bay at a prior time. He starts yelling that we are laughing at him. Had windows up and was laughing with my daughter and nothing to do with him. Then he just yells at the other employee to handle my oil change. Been going there for years and always tip and recommend to others. I'm ex-militray and have never been more worried about someone acting all crazy but was not sure what he was going to do. When the other employee came over told me to exit bay and come back into there other bay I decided it was time to leave. Lost my business that is for sure. Went down the road to the other 10 minute oil change place cost 10 bucks more but was not treated disrespectfully. Will spend my money at another company. Was customer for about 3 years and had 4 cars that I was taking there. Read a lot of the reviews and a lot with Chips attitude. I know people have bad days at work but from reading the reviews Chip seems to have several.

Worst experience ever. A young man did my oil change one he was finished as I’m paying he says to me you will need to come back in a week or so to top it off. Why would I need to top my oil off I never heard that a day in my life. He told me he put five quarts of oil but when I looked at my receipt that is not what it said. 2 week later leaving work my car started to shake and make some noises then my engine light came on. The sound I heard sounded like I had no oil in my car. I stopped to a gas station and had to buy 2 quarts of oil and put them in my car. I checked my oil stick and it was dry this was only 2 weeks after getting an oil change. I went back to let them know what was going on and tell I had to buy oil. He said there is nothing he can do and laughed not to mention he looked high. I’ve never had a problem with my car until I went there. STAY AWAY FROM THERE. All he said was he can look and see if there is any leaks. I have no leaks if I had leaks it would be on my garage floor and there is nothing. Which I have pictures and videos. WORST PLACE EVER

I went there to get my brakes checked and was offered a change. The mechanic attempted to scam me out of $800, fully aware that my issue was with the back brakes, not the front. He didn’t even inspect my back brakes, despite knowing I was from out of town since I mentioned it. I need to make a long drive with my back brakes in poor condition. While I was there, he had already scammed another customer for $800, so I want to warn others about this.
