Pilo did an absolute great job with my car. He talked me through the steps of making a claim with my insurance and made me feel very comfortable and like I was in great hands. The work he did on my car is great, it looks brand new. I will definitely go back to him for any work I might need in the future. He takes pride in his work and it definitely shows!

My car has been in my family for over 10 years, and Pilo made it look nearly brand new. He was reasonably priced and explained everything he had in mind very clearly. He also did his best to work around my schedule and was always flexible. Definitely recommend!

I had my car rear ended in december. I took the car there he handled everything. It was simple. He was very friendly professional about everything. Went above and beyond to help me out before we knew everything was going to be taken care of. I would give him six stars on that. The work not so much. For the amount the repair cost I would have expected better workmanship. Nothing Awful about his work at all. There were some spots that paint got missed. There's a screw that got missed. The trunk does not latch the same. It does drive and function as it's supposed to. His professionalism was above and beyond. I would have just expected a little better quality of work for the price.

If I could give Pilo 10 stars I would!!! He and his son went above and beyond and succeeded my expectations on what I wanted. Very pleased with the quality of work they did, my pictures don't do justice then in person. Definitely would recommend this shop in Mishawaka area price was right.

I was recommended Philo’s Body Shop from my father because they go wayyyyy back and knew I could count on him! I called and made an appointment with Philo (who is the owner!) After a few days later, when I arrived to the shop for my appointment, we talked about my car and I even informed Philo that I had went to another shop (gates… lol) and they quoted me almost $3k to fix my passenger car door. Which, by the way, my passenger side door would not open at all nor would the window go all the way down without making noise. Philo stepped outside and took a look at my car, analyzed it carefully and said, “Yup. I can fix it! And for a better price!” Sure liked the sound of that!! We went back inside and he searched up car parts for my car and gave me an estimated price. However, he said he would do some more searching and send me an accurate estimate through email. Philo took my information and I went on my way. Later that night, he called me and gave me the actual estimated amount and I said, ”Let’s do it!” (By the way, ALOT cheaper than Gates!!) We set up an appointment, where I’d practically be carless and he sent me the quote through email. I went to Philo’s shop the following day and gave him half the deposit! A week later, I took my car to the shop. 3 and a half days later, my car was ready for pick up. (P.s. I was so excited!) When I arrived, he explained to me what they did to my car and how they even cleaned it as well! (I appreciated that so much!) He handed me my keys, I gave him the other half of the money and went on about my business. I opened my passenger car door and had such a relief that I could finally open the door again. It almost looks brand new! They did an absolute great job!! I absolutely loved how Philo was very knowledgeable, caring, and always replied to me in a timely manner when I had questions! I 100% recommend Philo’s Body Shop! They were overall amazing! Unfortunately, I only have photos after they fixed it. But trust me when I say this… that passenger side door would not open! In these photos, I’m showing where the work was done! Looks pretty nice and brand new if you ask me!
