I had the same experience as many other people in the comment. The whole dealership is filled with fraudsters. They will lie to your face saying that the system recommends number of services that would add up to more than $1000. They won't provide detailed breakdown quote for the services. And if you try to find a manager, he/she will be unavailable. Looks like they have a robust sales training program on how to cheat and deceive customers. Read the maintenance minder codes in your owner's manual before going for a service. Larry hopkins honda is much better than them.

Last Oct i went to have an oil change because it was included in the package when we purchased my car. When this guy look at his computer telling me that i need to do this and that to my car and the cost is 1200. I said i will just do that later because it tough for now but still the guy insist me to do it . But i said no. Waited for the whole day just for an oil change. After that i went again to them for an oil change and the different guy assess me , look at his computer that i need to do this and that and it cost 2400 , like are these guys okay to say those to me , like double charge . I cant believe this guys doing it to humanity. Charging much cost of the services. Its not okay .

They charge you 4X times more than usual and reduce it down by 1X and say it's a deal/offer. You'll still end up paying 3X than usual amount for basic car services.

I already see lot of comments like staff is rude and tries to rip you off. Seems like I am not the only one having bad experience. I explicitly asked the quote before taking an appointment. For my Honda civic B1 service they gave me $199+tax quote over phone which was already more then I got from Honda stevens creek, but I decided to go here because its nearby for me. But at the time of taking the car, first the staff tried his best to add more items into the list but I said I would like to go ahead just the B1 service, he told me its gonna cost $269+tax. Instead of accepting that they might have given the wrong quote, In a very rude way he suggested me to go for A1 service (which was not even due) in that quoted price. This was my second bad experience with them and I would probably never go to Honda Milpitas again and suggest you also to be extra careful in dealing with them.

They added unnecessary repairs for my honda accord. I had engine sludge removal on 1-2 year old car. Be careful about their upselling techniques.
