10 pm. Flat tire. They close at 11. Called. After hours service picked up. Couldn't hear her. Sounded like I was on speaker in a moving vehicle with the window down. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. I was so annoyed. Don't know why I voluntarily struggled through it for 25 minutes. Was worried they would close by the end of the call. She quoted me $185 and asked for my credit card. I asked her to confirm the tire and size. Asked if she had a Sumitomo. Put me on hold. Came back with, "We can't help you." I clarified that she quoted me previously and asked if she really can't help me with a non Sumitomo tire. She said, "No." So frustrated, I hung up. Called another emergency tire repair, Erin Road Service, same answering service. They REALLY need to upgrade! So, I cannot attest to their quality of service.
