Carstar Simi Valley restored my car to its former glory before I got rear ended on the 405 in my brand new 2023 4Runner with not even 15,000 miles on it. I was super bummed when the accident happened, and I am very picky with the mechanics and shops I use for servicing my vehicle so when I met Lance and I could tell this shop was a solid 10/10, it put my worries at ease and I could tell I was going to be in good hands. Even when my insurance company was giving them a hard time, Lance and Karina still tried their best to make this a great experience for me and returned my vehicle in stellar shape. I could not have a single complaint with the service I received at this shop. I will be recommending to everyone I know!
