I needed a tail light, rear bumper, and quarter panel for my car so I called phoenix auto, they said that they had the exact parts I needed and it would cost me around $400. I felt that was a reasonable price so I agreed. They said I could come around on Friday for the panel, so I drove an hour and 30 mins from my home to the location just to find out that the shop had close on the day they said they would be open. I sat there with my two brothers in the heat watching customers come just to wait as we were then drive off. I then saw a toll truck pulling up with some vehicles, So I asked him if he knew they open or not. he said that they're not and he didn't know why? So before I went back up there I called one day in advance just to check if they'll be open and if they still had the parts I was searching for. The man said they will and they do have the parts. So I went back there a week later and the car they had was in anything but good condition. The exacted side I needed was dent up. They responded to me by telling me that I came a month after communicating with them which that is true but I spoke to them a week before I went there. When the day came the guy I spoke to on the phone weren't even there. and he also told me that they had only one of that certain model I needed on the lot. and now he messaged me saying that the car that I wanted weren't even on the lot anymore because I came too late. if thats so what car did I took a picture of? He said "Honesty really is the best policy." Then I think he should open a dictionary and learn what the definition of honesty is. Now I'm not trashing them to prevent people from going to there shop. I'm only speaking from my first time experience. But to be honest the man I spoke to were nice and there prices can't be beat. And that counts for a lot! I just did not have a good first time with them. I truly believe that anyone who goes there may be satisfied. But sadly I was not one of them.

The worst company ever I ordered a part two weeks ago they dropped it off it was defective and they keep telling me all we're going to drop it off another one the next day we're going to drop off another one the next day it'll be there the next day cost me $3,000 in work that I could have been doing because my truck is sitting at the shop waiting for this part the guy I talked to Joe all the time they're just playing games he offered me a refund but then I'm screwed out of my part for my truck. Its not hard to redeliver a new part that he now says he has.

My husband and I just purchased a truck from them and it is the worst customer service and business we’ve ever dealt with. I can look beyond the yelling and cursing but drinking beer in open while working on vehicles Is completely unacceptable. Not to mention after putting a deposit down on a truck that was supposed to be ready in once week took over two months. Then when my husband showed up, half of what they promised wasn’t done. Luckily, I took a picture of the agreement. My husband has now been there all day (we live two hours away) waiting for them to replace the rotted tires and broken mirrors. They told us the truck would be drivable and “bran new” when we came to pick it up and it looks like absolute junk. After all of this, they won’t even put gas in it for us! Please do NOT BUY A VEHICLE from them! I’m calling a lawyer tonight and the NJ department of commerce. These people need to be out of business.

Sold me a no good alternator and power steering pump, been saying they will replace. Still have yet to receive compensation. Terrible business. Will be filing a complaint with BBB. Not the first time
