We were in Perrysburg from out of town for the loss of a family member. During our drive we noticed the brakes/rotars were pulsating when braking. We looked up local service centers with the best ratings and chose Perrysburg Automall Service Center. We called John and he set us up for the next day. He even said that they had a shuttle service that would transport us home while they worked on it. I was a little skeptical being from out of town and had requested that the old parts be returned as we were told that not one but all 4 rotars and brakes needed replaced. We went with the recommendations. The gentleman who shuttled me home, Dave, was great. He was courteous and very accommodating. He even said if I needed a ride back to get the vehicle, give him a call. They were all fantastic!! Speedy at getting the work done and it drove like a dream. Thank you very much John and Dave for your great care and customer service. Highly recommended to all!!!

I am so happy with this service center. I have an old van and put over $4000.00 in repairs in it at my regular auto shop in the past 3 months. My engine light came on and I found that the car would race in low gear when driving on roadways. My regular garage told me that nothing was wrong that It must be my driving. I took my van to Automall, they did a diagnosis on it, found the problem and fixed in two working days. My tire light was on and my garage did not fill the tires. Automall made sure the tires were full before I left. My husband uses a wheelchair and our van is ideal for our needs. Needless to say, I will return to automall for my service needs. We were driving from NY to Denver in our new Volvo XC90, planning to stop at Maumee, OH for the night when check engine light went on! We were so lucky to find Volvo Perrysburg only 5 miles away. But we would arrive too late in the day to go there. We called and spoke to the service manager, Scott Bennett, and he agreed to have a technician take at look first thing the next morning. We arrived at 7:30AM. Some software updates and a nice car wash and we were on our way! Scott was so gracious and understanding! We got to meet Morgan in Sales and other nice Ohioans and what a relief. We made it to Denver on time and will forever remember and appreciate Volvo Perrysburg.
