The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, they will price match competitors. And they have the best price on lp refills I've found. Awesome place with great people!

I’ll never spend another dime at Performance. They kept a $50 core charge because I didn’t have the original box the new parts came in even though all the parts were returned. I was never informed of the box policy when I spent $500 on the parts in question there. This store has steadily gone downhill since Rob passed away and this was the final push I needed to do business elsewhere.

The staff often has first-hand experience that comes in handy when diagnosing issues. I couldn't ask for a better neighborhood parts store.

Rented a UHaul from them and was told one thing but did not honor what we were told. Their mistake cost us double the money. DISHONEST. I own my own business also and would never not honor what a customer was told by one of my employees.
